Technically probably not the best one i've played, but definitely one of my favorite ones, as i had had the honour to play after my former padawan (now an established yedi herself) and woman of my heart @https://soundcloud.com/einfachnora in the club i'd call home. After she heated the Endlos Orient to a mild 60° sauna (find her banger-only-set here: https://soundcloud.com/einfachnora/nra-station-endlos-convivium ), the shouting, sweating and wobbling crowd was a blast to play for. We are excited to welcome Australian artist Moontide to the Earthly Measures family with his truly beautiful EP 'Dreams Within Dreams' including remixes from Kusht and ourselves.

Dreams Within Dreams is built entirely from field recordings captured in churches, temples, and other places of ritual. The EP marks Moontide's use of exclusively analog synthesisers for the drums and melodies, which respond to these recorded environments.

The work explores the acoustic properties of these intentional spaces, their reverbs, silences, and ambient textures. Each track layers these field recordings with analog synthesis, creating compositions that exist somewhere between documentation and interpretation.
