First up is "Take You Back" which is a straight up mixture of breaks, disco and acid, starting out with a jangly guitar line over punchy kicks and snares, before dropping into a hefty 303 line. And what's more - it WORKS! Topped off with some looped vocals, this one's peak time fodder to get guys and girls moving!

Flipside "Bulldozer" takes (as the name suggests) a more heavyweight approach, drawing more on their big beat and rave influences with some beefed up breakbeats and low-slung live sounding bass. This one's part Chemical Brothers, part Fatboy Slim (circa 1996), bouncy and punchy, and a vocal that rides the beats perfectly. This is one to do damage to sound systems and set parties right off!"

iBreaks reaches it's 60th release, a hefty two-track single from Latvia's finest Under This.

First up is "The Drops" which starts out with a distinct disco flavour with subtle rhythm guitar-esque licks and wavy synths before dropping in with a driving kick, snare and cowbell combo alongside a buzzing sawtooth bassline. A minimal vocal line makes way for some lush synth action towards the mid section, leading to a huge breakdown and even bigger drop!

Bringing up the rear is Enigma, kicking off strongly with pounding beats whilst atmospheric pads and swirls loom above. A dirty gnarled synth bassline sits under a female vocal, and in true Under This style some serious screaming synths are perfectly complemented by a sweeter melodic bleep section. This has festival system written all over it, so make the most of it while you can!

Our 65th release comes from Latvian trio Under This with a two track single showcasing the different sides of their production skills.

Leading off the single is Room To Breathe, a low tempo / high energy track featuring the vocal MC talents of BBK. Their Chemical Brothers and Prodigy influences can be heard on this one especially. Hard hitting beats are matched by distorted guitar-esque synths that gives a truly live band feel, while BBK’s flow sits perfectly overhead. This is perfect summer festival fodder!

Upping the tempo, Ejection keeps the trademark Under This epic feel with a cinematic string-led intro that launches into a searing breakbeat aural assault. The growling bassline rolls under some rough analogue synth work with perfect big system builds abad drops. File under “peak time banger”.

iBreaks are proud to announce a free 5-track EP! In celebration of our 10th year of bringing you the biggest beats in Breaks, we're giving a little something back to our loyal followers.

First up is "Like This" from the man of many sounds Colombo. The beats are crisp and rolling, there's a dash of rave with some classic stabs, and plenty of warped bass to make the system rumble.

Just want to express my gratitude to Agnes. The song "Familiar" is one of my favourite songs of all time. It has really helped conduit to my inner feminine and connected 
me on an emotional, somatic and spiritual level for many years. Agnes' musical works
have always been a quite visceral journey for me.
I myself being a drum and bass producer, wanted to encapsulate this feeling of 
deep sentimentality and spin it within the flow of my own creativity. My intention with
music is to create a bridge between the harder grittier aspects of certain genres 
and aggregate the softer more gentle side. Which for me means a symbiotic coalescence of masculine and feminine energies.

The single of «Starchaser» is the starting point of the intergalactic journey in the style of uplifting & mainstream drum'n'bass with a deep immersion into the epic trap. The original by Dima gained development in remixes from the two leading residents of the label — Nelver and Mechanical Pressure.

With this release, we want to declare genres diversification in 2018. We intend to release varied music based on the breakbeats and corresponding to the motto of RUNE Recordings: Breakbeats. Worldwide.

Under This team up with singer Goldillox once more on our latest release.

Kicking off our fifty fifth release is Prisoner Inside You featuring vocalist Goldillox. A dirty sweeping bassline underpins the trademark Under This beats while Goldillox's vocals ride above. A smattering of talkbox synth and high electronic string sweeps throughout give this an epic feel while remaining well and truly in the grittier end of things.

Moving Around makes you want to do just that - an out and out club track that's one you need to hear on a big system to fully appreciate. Things get going with a floatier vibe leading up towards the massive breakdown with it's buzzing sawtooth sounds and vocal line, before leading into an edit-filled drop.

Seth Vogt's remix of Prisoner Inside You rounds the package out, retaining the full vocal but adding some tasty new riffs and a massive half-time section towards the end, plus a little extra shuffle in the beat department.
