New Sleep Induction and Lucid Dreaming Binaural Beats with 741hz!

This session is specially designed unwinding and releasing for sleep. It begins at Beta (active thinking) and slowly winds all the way down to Low Theta over the course of the first 20 minutes. Throughout the video there are waves, starting with a nature stream, then when you hear the gong the 741hz begins, after a minute or so going back to the stream.

741hz is an ancient Solfeggio sound that associates with the intuition and the Throat Chakra, so right-brained creative for dreaming. When you hear the gong, allow your thoughts to fade, and sink into your creative side. Meanwhile the Binaural Beats will be working to slow down your brainwaves. This session has been designed for deep inner transformation, revitalization, and consciousness expansion. It is one of the most powerful healers I have made. Theta is known as a miracle healing mental state and 528Hz relates to Transformation, Miracles, and DNA Repair. 

528Hz plays throughout the whole video and varying volumes along with theta isochronic tones. Not only is 528Hz the most popular Solfeggio frequency for healing but it is coincidentally used by genetic biochemists for DNA Repair. Located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae, the root chakra is responsible for your sense of safety and security on this earthly journey. The word Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.” 

This is the first of the chakras of matter. Balancing the root chakra creates the solid foundation for opening the chakras above. Imagine that you’re laying the foundation for a house in which you’re going to live for a long time. A solid foundation embedded in firm soil will provide the stability you need to create a home filled with joy for years to come.

The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. Yet, if your caregivers withheld or delayed in giving you what you needed, or if that giving was inconsistent, you may find yourself with first chakra blockages.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. The tone is C#, 68.05hz.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:
