With only four days till solstice, this time of the year is dark in the north. For many this is a time for winter depression, tiredness and dark thoughts, but it's also a time for coziness, relaxation and reflection. Awareness. We're soon going towards more daylight.

A healing ambient “cosmic lullaby” with a barely-there 60 BPM pulse (or no drums), built from airy pads and distant crystal chimes wrapped in huge, clean reverb. A soft, whispery female hum (wordless and very low in the mix) floats like a gentle reassurance in the night. The frequency bed blends 432Hz grounding calm, 528Hz heart-warming harmony, and a faint 963Hz halo shimmer—smooth and rounded, never sharp. Spacious, pure, and safe, it slowly fades in, holds a steady stillness, then fades out like starlight dissolving into quiet—inviting deep relaxation and peaceful sleep.
