The 9th EP in the series embodies a special collaboration between Guy From Downstairs and Nu Zau (@nu-zau) a.k.a. head honcho of labels such as Uvar, Why So Series and Stoaway. Take a stroll in the hood together with a balanced blend of uniquely crafted, Bucharest-flavored underground grooves and moods, while exploring parallels between a seamless fuse of the two different styles.

Lumieux steps up for the second release of the newfound Miden imprint.

The Italian label established their classy aesthetic of stripped back, psychedelic minimal with a debut from the French wizard Vadim Oslov. Drawn to the more tripped-out corners of club music, Miden invites the Romanian workhorse Lumieux to continue a fine streak of form.

Sharing a desire for refined club tracks produced to pristine, audiophile quality, the powerhouse producer pumps out longer form, experimental compositions common with much of his fellow Sunrise roster. Sounds carry shades of classical with subtle piano loops and dissonant chords bellowing beneath lean, crafty rhythms. It's the kind of freeform, often modular-led jams common with the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and Rhadoo's expressions in the genre. Ukrainian citizens are forced to leave their homes. Family businesses, local communities in towns and cities are being destroyed. Their only options are to flee the country or stay and fight for their home.

The Tamiras family decided to support the cause the way that us and the community know best - through the music we love. We are forever grateful for the artists in the scene who put their time and work to contributing to this VA release - and of course any of the Tamiras community who purchase this release for aid.

This release is a collection of powerful tracks that represent a wide spectrum of the minimal sound. We have kept the release price low for affordability reasons. Higher donations are welcomed with open arms.

100% of profits are donated to charities aiding the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We will make the process as transparent as possible, and we would love to hear from the community which charities you’d like to receive the donations. We will decide on a final charity to receive the funds and announce donations upon payment.
