Body Movement strikes back with another wicked release, yet again coming from the North Phase duo aka Burnski + label head Robert James. This time, the entitled "LESS" EP explores the nuances of underground club music, injecting dance-floor energy expressed through a variety of styles, utilizing the outlet's open format to delve into a vast range of house, electro, and breakbeat sounds. B2's duties are entrusted to the maestro Maher Daniel who wraps up an impressive breakbeat version filled with lively acid lines and dreamy 70's vocoderized pads and light arpeggios.

Our series follows with long awaited contribution from Michiel Claus best known as Walrus. Belgian digger, selector at Crevette Records, dj, producer and head of @BasicMoves record label, gave us a little insight on how this soothing set came together:
"For some months I've been recording a weekly deejay session just for myself to get to know the new-new and new-old records I bought the last 2 years.
What you hear is a one hour cut out of a session inspired by a fun afternoon playing records at my friend James place, who is recently re-discovering his own massive late 90's/ early 2000 west coast house / (uk) tech house collection. On side A we have the old school teacher and legend Steve O' Sullivan with his track "Keep Me Waiting" which is a start to finnish master class and a perfect example of how to express multiple feelings through music. Complementing that side is our friend and incredible person RQZ with his track "Blow Out", touches of mystery and seriousness is what describe this track the best and of course a perfect groove to start heating up any dance floor. Side B start with another good friend from many years ago, Dot with his track "Against All Odds" a track with a lot of aggressiveness, sophisticated drums, dope and progressive bassline, and to finish side B we have a family member Louiv with "Thoughtful Moment" and as the name indicates, a perfect track to get you thinking about life, a track that makes you feel many emotions once you hear it, the power of the bassline and those subtle enveloping pads that go in and out throughout the track can transport you to any memory no matter how remote it may be.
