About #Raplords: from Milwaukee, Raplords consist of emcees Dana Coppafeel, SPEAK Easy, and their DJ/producer/Engineer Mammyth.   This new single which features a young up and comer El Shareef is sure to please the smokers and lyricists alike who appreciate a feel-good vibe track with solid verses and a catchy hook.  Both El, and Raplords made some noise in Milwaukee, and on a national level with their releases in 2014, so it's pretty exciting to see them come together on the first of a few collaborative tracks.  White Russian created the sample chop which provided the canvas for "Ain't Got...", he is most known for his production on "Hot Shots pt. Deux" with Action Bronson, Riff Raff, and Dana which has generated the team over one million views.  Mammyth then added much of the drum work, and beat/vocal variations.

Hailing from Milwaukee, WI, the multi-faceted Vincent VanGREAT is one of the lead producers of rap super-crew SAFSCrew. With music being deeply rooted through Vincent VanGREAT’s bloodline he was already getting groomed through church by participating in choir, and playing the drums for the church band at age 14.  Artists and self made producers such as Timbaland and Pharrell Williams inspired GREAT because they would make music that could cross over several genres, and reached a very baud audience.  

His freshman LP titled "UnGREATful" is here and is fully self produced, will feature several of the rising crop of artists out of Brew City.

This type of song is outside the box for Dana’s style, but he slayed, laying a canvas of lyrics over a base heavy banger produced by Mike Regal who also features on the track.  Coppa pays homage to the grind “When people think about overnight success stories they don’t consider the years of dedication to get to that success” said Dana in an interview about the song. Kene Holliday and Andy Griffith are back at it again. Or should I say Vincent Van Great and Dana Coppa. Releasing ‘Matlock’ featuring Yo-Dot, Friday 7/20, the second single off their new project “A Tape Called Fresh” is sure to make some stank faces. This duo from Milwaukee, WI are no gumshoes when it comes to the scene and they are banging out a sick instrumental with this one. Vincent Van Great checks this beat off the production checklist of one that he’s wanted to do since he was a kid.  Matlock has got more lines than a courtroom stenographer.  It’ll take some detective skills to decipher all these bars but that bar is raised high.  All three rappers are flexin’ their bars showing that they ain’t losing shit when it comes to spittin’, much like Matlock, undefeated and bragadocious. But maybe they should be the ones on trial cause they killed it. Ok, enough Matlocks puns. By the way, Horny Goat still closed.
