PREMIERE: Clouzer & Radondo - Time Warp (E-bony Remix)

We are proud to announce Meccanismo Ritmico, a new multidisciplinary project that will involve artists who can think outside the box, inspired by the energy and spirit of the 1980s DIY subculture.

The first volume contains 6 exclusive tracks by Diana Berti aka Violet Poison and Disappearer, 1/2 of Harlem Electronics, two already well-known names in the international electronic scene. The first part is dominated by the romantic and introspective minimal synth wave sounds of Diana Berti contrasted by the dirty and distorted EBM influenced tracks of Disappearer. Another new feature included in this project is the poster featuring art made by Alessio Di Mezza with hand-made collage technique and a text edited by the Italian author and Inactual Magazine founder Christian Nirvana Damato, in which recounts the sensory experience through the sounds continuity between Violet Poison and Disappearer.

Serbian powerhouse KATRAN, the mastermind behind Jezgro label and one half of Ontal, unleashes four colossal, rhythm-driven, noise-infused industrial techno anthems accompanied by nasty remix from talented 6SISS. This meticulously crafted dystopian soundscapes are engineered to obliterate any dancefloor, heralding the chaos. Handle with caution: this is dangerous material.

The album ignites with intricate drum patterns that thunder like tanks across a barren, icy wasteland, while haunting atmospheric elements loom, setting a menacing tone for the journey ahead.
Next, a feverish descent into robot’s nightmare ensues, where mechanical drum liturgies weave relentless tension, immersing listeners in a post-human auditory realm.
As the odyssey progresses, doom-laden horns and mechanized drums merge to unleash subversive, devastating frequencies.
Just when the intensity seems to peak, filthy analog sine waves bubble through obscurity, pushing the boundaries of industrial techno music to its limits. Annihilation is the word that resonates here.
Closing the chapter, one of Belgium’s finest producers, Peter Adrienssens aka 6SISS, delivers a sinister remix showcasing his hyper-cerebral syncopated signature - bringing the release to another level of chaos.

SSJ was a Hybrid Live A/V project formed in Chania Crete around 2018-19. Originally comprised by Unified Method (Dj set,electronics,mixdown), Wera (Cello), Substance_D (Effects,"SSJ Operator"), Vasiliki R. (Live Visuals), Platon G. (Live visuals).
This is the only recording we managed to make in our short run, still one of my favorite nights, hope you enjoy.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Greek dj & producer ANFS  (Vanila // Modal Analysis).

ANFS is an electronic music producer and DJ based in Athens, Greece. 
From an early age, he engaged in various musical projects, eventually gravitating towards electronic music, experimental electronics, and unconventional sounds during his studies in sound design. 
In 2012, alongside friends Kondaktor and 3.14, he co-founded the record label Modal Analysis, aiming to document and promote Greece's burgeoning electronic scene. 
Expanding his curatorial endeavors, he launched his personal imprint, Vanila, in 2015, further solidifying his influence in the electronic music landscape.

ANFS's discography showcases his evolution as an artist. 
His early work includes the Ground EP (2014) on Modal Analysis, characterized by its rhythmic intensity and incorporation of early 20th-century Greek folk elements. 
He continued to explore dark, industrial soundscapes with releases like Mass (2017) and The Age of Ephemeral Man (2018). 
In 2019, he released Havouza, further refining his signature blend of distorted textures and complex rhythms.
In 2021, ANFS unveiled #011 on Vanila Records, demonstrating a matured sound that seamlessly fuses experimental electronics with dancefloor sensibilities. 
The following year, he released the Seperator EP (2022), a six-track project that delves into experimental industrial noise, featuring tracks like "Klepsimo" and "Piperi," which highlight his ability to blend traditional motifs with contemporary electronic production.
Beyond his solo work, ANFS has contributed remixes for various artists and participated in compilations, such as his track "Amete" featured on the V/A release by Analogue. 
His collaborations and remixes underscore his versatility and commitment to pushing the boundaries of electronic music.
Through his innovative productions and dedication to fostering the Greek electronic music community, ANFS continues to be a pivotal figure in the experimental and industrial techno scenes.

We are glad to propose his kindly given set recorded on July 12th @ Astron Club in Athens.
