From April 16th to May 7th, 10 writers, 29 visual artists, and 56 musicians put their heads together to create FORM's most collaborative multimedia event yet. Writers wrote stories, visual artists used them to create cover art, and musicians gave a soundtrack to the narrative and visuals they were given. Together, they formed 10 tracks-- each one with unique cover art and a brilliant backstory.

STORYBOOK is truly the essence of FORM; while multimedia collaboration is no easy feat, the results are always absolutely phenomenal. Every artist is a storyteller in their own right.

All profits from STORYBOOK will be donated to Educando, a nonprofit dedicated to making education in Latin America more accessible.

i just wanted to let you know that it's okay to feel the feelings that you do, whatever it is, there is nothing wrong with it. sometimes the most healing thing you can do is to sit with the feeling without judgement and listen to it. what is it trying to tell you?

this mix is based on the concept: shadow work

Shadow work is the attempt to uncover everything that we have hidden and every part of us that has been disowned and rejected within our Selves. Owning our shadow and all of the parts that we are ashamed of and try to hide, will help us become more free.

i've spent half a year looking for the best songs to feature on this mix, songs that have personally helped me move through difficult emotions. i hope this mix helps you move through emotions that are difficult to deal with like:

- heartbreak
- sadness
- depression
- feelings of hopelessness
- self-hatred

don't be afraid <3 there's a light at the end for you, you just have to try your best to keep going :)

Made this beat in pretty much one sit down when I was feeling angry and binge watching Game of Thrones. Lowkey was inspired by the people that rebelled against their rulers in Meereen with the help of Daenerys and her Unsullied army.
