From April 16th to May 7th, 10 writers, 29 visual artists, and 56 musicians put their heads together to create FORM's most collaborative multimedia event yet. Writers wrote stories, visual artists used them to create cover art, and musicians gave a soundtrack to the narrative and visuals they were given. Together, they formed 10 tracks-- each one with unique cover art and a brilliant backstory.

STORYBOOK is truly the essence of FORM; while multimedia collaboration is no easy feat, the results are always absolutely phenomenal. Every artist is a storyteller in their own right.

All profits from STORYBOOK will be donated to Educando, a nonprofit dedicated to making education in Latin America more accessible.

This song is super special to me. I wrote this song as a way of processing death and our mortality after the passing of my grandfather back in December 2020.  This song is also dedicated to my childhood dog Creamie, who I never got to properly grieve about.  Although our loved ones are no longer physically here with us, energy is eternity.  We are never alone, I sincerely believe their souls will always be there for us to tap into and connect with at anytime. 💖 Sending each one of you so much love and the warmest embraces. I hope this song finds you when you need it the most. 🌹

I wrote "Breakdown to Breakthrough: a bit over a year ago. Both me and a close friend were going through our own experiences of a dark night of the soul.  I don’t know if you’ve experienced this, but when you’re in the midst of a downward spiral, it can be difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The spiral can feel never ending as you curl up in the void wondering when it will stop and how it will end.

Throughout the song I repeat “You’ll get through this''.  I wrote this song to remind us that all emotions are fleeting, both the good and bad.  We’re all going to fucking make it tho. The only way out is through.  Your biggest breakdowns, will be your biggest breakthroughs. Keep going. ✨✨✨

I hope this song finds those that need this reminder. I hope those who listen to it find some kind of comfort & a sense of safety in it. I know the holidays can be an especially difficult time for some people, so I hope it helps in some kind of way. This song is very precious to me, my favorite one that I’ve made so far. She exuded so much love, joy and happiness all of the time.  The sheer magnitude of her love and joy usurped and transmuted any ounce of sadness in my body.  

I love you Venus. Thank you for being one of my greatest teachers and guardian angels. The day you literally walked into my life, literally jumped into my truck, changed me eternally.

I wrote this to encourage and remind others to learn how to think for yourself and to exercise critical thinking. To take the time to learn and develop your own opinions about the world around you. We are deeply saturated in information everyday and I know it can be difficult to wade through it all. But knowing yourself and developing a set of core truths and values for yourself will help you wade through it all. 

And a note, propaganda is not inherently bad, it is only a vehicle, a mode of communication. May we use this knowledge and tool to disseminate only truth. 🕯️🌹
