My name is Jason K, and I currently reside in Charleston SC. I am first a pianist and secondly a guitar.   All of the songs that you will hear on my page are with myself playing keys and my buddy Jon M. ripping on guitar.  The other songs are ones that I have created on my laptop of, a mixture of hip hop instrumentals and club beats. 
Influences;
I can appreciate anything, so everything from 50's to current! I love mo-town and soul, seventies funk, smooth 60's jazz, and everything in between.

Hailing from the burgeoning music city that Darius Rucker built, Charleston, SC, the band Trick Knee has perfected songwriting and the stage to become one of the best bands from the city today. Trick Knee is made up of three core members: singer-songwriter brothers, Matt and Daniel Jordan on vocals and guitar, and Thomas O'Brien on drums. The classic guitar riffs and acoustic rhythms, poignant songwriting and mesmerizing vocals of lead singers Daniel and Matt Jordan, coupled with their tantalizing harmonies, make for a very diverse and unique sound which attracts a wide range of fans.
 
During these past years, Trick Knee released two albums ('Seven Days of Heaven' and 'Island') and have worked long and hard to develop a respectable fan base throughout South Carolina and the Low Country. Trick Knee sought out famed producer Alan Price to help bring their ideas to fruition and found exactly what they were looking for in the nascent Charleston native. Price, also known for his work as a touring guitarist for rock bands, Shinedown and Call Me No One, lent his production to help bolster Trick Knee’s infectious sound, which can be heard at any of their amazing live shows.

 Trick Knee’s story continues to grow as the band shot a featured segment for Balcony TV (reaching 10 million new viewers) featuring the single 'Hits You' in Sept 2015.  The video for their latest single 'Hits You' was also recently added to BalconyTV and is ranked #1 in Charleston on the peak chart for views and they have been selected as 1 out of 12, 000 bands to appear in the 2016 Cooper River Bridge Run Charleston, SC Marathon on April 2, 2016.  The single will be added to the CRBR 22 artist compilation which will reach over 1 MILLION attendees.

The band has also been selected to appear in NEW YORK CITY to appear at the SyncSummit June 14-15, 2016 – bringing together with the world’s top brands, music buyers, ad firms and music supervisors for two days of focused networking, discussions and dealmaking.

The video for their latest single 'Hits You' was recently added to two of ZUUS Media's channels: 'Crossover Country' and ‘On The Rise’. The band has also been named as the 'Country Artists on the Rise' to watch this year and hosted their very own episode from ‘Live from The Couch’, which lives on forever on Zuus.com.  Additionally, 'Hits You' has just been added to iHeartRadio FM country crossover stations nationwide as Trick Knee joins iHeartRadio’s Digital Artist Integration Program across multiple formats (Country, Alternative, Classic Rock, Rock, Mix & Variety and College Radio) and was the feature single for the month of July in 2015….all while sharing the stage with various high-profile, national acts including Darius Rucker, Emerson Hart (TONIC), Michael Tolcher, Barenaked Ladies, Nickelback, Seven Mary Three, Sister Hazel, and Edwin McCain.
