Sean Swanky - Everytime I See Your Face EP

Seattle's Uniting Souls stays on a roll, with their 3rd release of 2014, the debut EP by USM resident dj/producer Sean Swanky. The release features two Sean Swanky deep house offerings, with remixes by two Seattle purveyors of the underground - Shameless Audio's Joe Bellingham, and Murdoc, the man behind tech-house label Mindshift Recordings.

With a minimalistic bassline and spacey male vocals, "Don't Stop" takes you on an atmospheric indie/deep house journey, punctuated by sharp stabs & dreamy pads.

Three different versions of "Everytime I See Your Face" give the funky vocal their own rubdown - Sean Swanky delivers a synth-flavored nu disco rendition, Joe Bellingham takes the dance floor on a dreamy melodic excursion, and Murdoc's Chi-town roots emerge with a smooth, old-school, organ-driven groove.

Josh Verse spent his younger years glued to the radio listening to KCMU’s DJ Riz blend a wide array of genres on Seattle airwaves and was forever inspired. Clearly inspired by DJs playing an amalgam of genres and styles, Josh caught the DJ bug in 2005 and has since played a myriad of parties for crews such as Shameless and Innerflight, and recently as a resident for Reflect.  Currently residing in Portland, OR, Josh continues to play clubs and venues all across the Northwest.

monotropa. brings the element of feel to his music. The focus on the sensual brings an element of depth that helps in tapping into pieces and parts that stay in hiding so we can sweat them out on the dancefloor. 

From an early age, music was a fundamental piece of his life. A realization of an infatuation clarified music production as a critical piece of his life. This was only deepened by the supportive amazing community that he has been introduced to and integrated into.
