Ill Trusted is een metal band gevestigd in Tilburg en omstreken, bestaande uit vijf heren die gezelligheid en enthousiasme brengen. Deze band heeft nu enkele jaren podiumervaring en zet telkens weer een dikke show neer. Na elke show is het publiek lovend over de band.

Met invloeden uit de Amerikaanse en Europese metal maken ze muziek met veel herkenningspunten en waarbij de nekspieren het flink te verduren krijgen. De kracht van de band zit hem in de dynamische en af en toe hectische drums die goed is afgestemd op beukende en melodieuze gitaarlijnen. Met een pompende bas en scheurende lange grunts erbij resulteert de muziek in harde, melodieuze en groovy metal. De manier hoe deze heren hun nummers wegzetten laat zien dat ze weten waar ze mee bezig zijn, waarbij ze altijd streven naar groei, kwaliteit en inhoud in de betekenis van de muziek. De band probeert zowel live als tijdens het ontwikkelingsproces het uiterste uit zich te halen.

Met optredens verspreid over heel Nederland laat de band zien dat ze streven en enthousiast zijn, maar ook serieus bezig zijn met het verspreiden van muziek waarbij de nadruk ligt op het enthousiasmeren/entertainen van het publiek en het vergroten van de naamsbekendheid. Waar deze heren ook optreden, ze laten een sterke indruk achter wat ervoor zorgt dat men enthousiast is naar meer. 

De eerste release ‘Conflict’ (2013) geeft een goede indruk waar deze band voor staat sinds het ontstaan ervan. Met de lang verwachte EP ‘Fractures of a Scattered Mind’ (release maart 2015) laat de band zien dat de volgende stap gezet is. Hier mee zal de band grensverleggend zijn en zetten zij het statement dat ze het nog ver gaan schoppen in de muziekindustrie.

Ill Trusted is a Dutch metal band from around Tilburg. Five guys whom bring a lot of enthousiasm with them. After only a few years they now show a lot of potential, whith every show they play they bring more enthousiasm and power to it, which leaves the audience stoked every time they play. 

Influenced by the American and European metal music they create a lot of diversity in their music, ending in a lot of sore neckmussles the next day.  The power of the band is found in the dynamic, yet sometimes chaotic drums which is perfectly fine tuned with the melodic yet fierce guitar riffs. A pumping bass and long schredding vocals define this band to a unique repertiore of songs which are melodic and groovey. The performance of each song shows that they know what they want to do with their music and they always try to strife for more growth, quality and contents of their music.  

Playing across the Netherlands they show their enthousiasm every time, but also that they are working hard on the future of the band. Most people who watched them play state that this band has a lot of potential. 

With the first release “Conflict” (2013) they have given a good impression what their music is about and with the long expected EP “Fractures of a Scattered Mind” (release: March 15th 2015) they are showing they are evolving to the next level. This release will be groundbreaking  and probably take them further into the metal scene.

We are a metal band from Portugal. We started SuperCow back in 2006, and kept writing songs ever since. Our style could be defined as comedy metal, because we write heavy songs, but our lyrics get stupider and stupider each record.

My name is Gijs "GyZe" Hermans, I'm a vocalist orientated in Metal/Grunts. I'm the lead vocalist for the band Ill Trusted and  recently I also started doing vocals for DJ's and producers (Trypsin, DJ Terror, DJ Thera and others). 
 I'm inspired by different vocalists like Corey Taylor, Max Cavallera, Randy Blythe, Peter Tatgren, Pjotr Wiwczarek, Maynard James Keenan, Johan Hegg, Devin Townsend, Jens Kidman and many others. 

 A short history: 
 At the age of 15 I was intrigued by the heavy metal vocal style called "Grunting". Immediately I started practicing this style and from that moment on I realy wanted to be in a Band and participate in the writing and creating of music. 

 Early 2005 I joined a band called Afterlife and we wrote and played together for 6 years. During that time I also did a few TV performances such as "Idols 2005" and I was interviewed by "De Wereld Draait Door" and also did a few radio interviews. In 2006 I won the dutch amateur award for "Best Grunting", in 2007 won as well and in 2008 I placed 3rd. 

 In 2011 we decided to quit Afterlife and go seperate ways in music. This resulted to start a new band "Ill Trusted".

 Somewhere allong the way my brother took me to a Hardstyle party in 2008, and from that moment on my love for this music began to grow, and still is growing. I've been to a lot of great and big party's since then and I realy started to think about doing vocals for this kind of music as well. 

 The opportunity to do this was when DJ Trypsin & X-Clusive called me and asked me to do vocals for a track with them. Without hesitation I accepted this chance. The track was the Anthem for Bassrulers Outdoor Festival 2014 and we performed it live as well and got a lot of great response. 
 This opportunity was a realy great experience and the start of more projects in this scene as well. 

 So thats the short version of the story of my past musical career. This page will keep you posted on the current and future projects I'm working on. 

 Music is my passion, I feel realy honoured i have this opportunity to do what i love the most.... Scream The Hell Out of My Lungs.
