Twisting luscious old time jazz, swing and lounge tunes with fidgety uptempo house beats, Shakti Bliss has created a genre of her own called “Dirty Electro Swing”. Think Betty Boop meets Burning Man with a ridiculously romantic ending.

Dressed to the nines with polkadots ablaze, Shakti Bliss exudes her flirtatiously addictive pleasure for 1930′s swing culture with a fun loving modern sexy edge.
 
Her unique live mash-ups and remixes keep the dance floor swinging with a bohemian flair and unavoidable banging bass music. Occasionally it gets dirty, then suddenly goes all love bird again.
 
At the end of every set, Shakti is known to play a vintage classic (think La Vie En Rose), jumps into the crowd and slow dances with her fans. Occasionally her monkey sidekick will join in the antics!

Shakti Bliss retired from show business in 2015 😢, but this archive collection of old sets will still keep ya dancing!

Mr Jennings is a founder of the Richmond, VA based collective Party Liberation Front and spent over a decade throwing underground parties up and down the east coast before moving to Portland, OR to make beats and eat noodles.  He’s also a manager at Burning Man Information Radio and LOVES sharing music and shenanigans in the dust ❤️
