Hi, welcome to my little music blog!
It all started back in middle school. During breaks between classes we would send each other music on our phones with infrared and bluetooth. First it was all pop and rock music, but soon I found out about dubstep and drum and bass. It changed everything for me. I had many mp3 players and ipods full of music. I started going to raves and music festivals. I enjoyed some house, hiphop, techno and even psytrance. It's been a journey and after many years I am still so excited to hear new beats and melodies. I've been constantly reposting my favourite tunes for everyone to enjoy with me! Music just makes me so happy and I am glad if I can make you happy too! Besides partying I listen to music while at work, at home, on the streets or in gym. Basically all the time.
Most of all, I love drum and bass. Mainstream, liquid, rollers, jump up, neuro, jungle... you name it. I have dug deep into the world of drum and bass. This page probably has over 10,000 drum and bass tracks reposted by me that I really enjoyed. A few years ago, my friend invited me to a festival in Belgium, and I fell in love with heavy dubstep. After that, for 2 years straight, I was obsessed with it and even made another page for reposting. I found out about genres like riddim, wave, and trap. At one point I didn't want to know anything about it and deleted the page! Right now this is the only page I use. Maybe one day I will return to drum and bass, but lately I've been feeling crazy and reposting other stuff too. I love good music; I don't care what you call it, and I love to find inspiration in different genres.
For some time I was really into deep house. I love to shuffle (dance). I don't mind some bass house. Slap house? I love that. Club house, G-house, melodic house, electro house, progressive house, and yes, even tech house... whatever. I love house music!
I love big festival music like trap and hardstyle, but I also know what underground techno means. I love hardcore, and sometimes I love chillout.

VVELTSCHMERZ is a DJ and producer hailing from Trondheim, Norway. As a kid growing up in the 90’s, he would become greatly influenced by his father’s interest and taste in music – leading him to start collecting records at a very young age. He would bring his records with him wherever he went, and he would often end up playing them at his friends’ birthday parties etc. This led him to naturally venture into the world of DJing, and he began playing at his local youth club at the age of 11.

A typical set from VVELTSCHMERZ can be described as a high-gear, 4x4 journey through hard, electronic music – both old and new. From dirty acid and industrial warehouse techno to trance, pounding hard house and NRG – to hardstyle, hardcore, gabber and darkcore. No matter what he plays, his aim is always to create a memorable night on the dance floor.

VVELTSCHMERZ is the founder of the club concept UNTERVVELT, and one of the curators and organizers behind the art-and-club-event series KunstKLUBB and IMMERSION. Together with his good friend MØRK, he runs the club concept Heart House, and they play together under the b2b moniker Norwegian Hard House Mafia. He has held monthly residencies at Dancevibes Radio (NL) and Fnoob Techno Radio (UK), where he has played alongside names like Reinier Zonneveld and PETDuo. 

Some of his recent bookings include warm-up for Might Be Twins (Kulturfabrikken Kristiansund), Frequent Friday (Stereo) and Bass-On (Vers Libre) in Bergen, Kristiansund Kunsthall, Give Me A Break (TYVEN), TRØNDERDOME (CLUB-WONDERLAND / Lager11), Technophilia (Trykkeriet Scene), PaaDyptVann (HAVET Arena), and warm-up for Onleash (Lokal Klubb).

In addition to DJing and producing, VVELTSCHMERZ is a visual artist, and the other half of the performance art-duo Mikalsen & Marhaug – working within the fields of sound art, techno, noise, power electronics, and live action painting – often intertwined through improvisation. He is also a co-founder of the contemporary art gallery OMNIBUS.
