Por trás de Attempts, existe Matheus Lopes Queiroz de Almeida, nascido em 1997, São Paulo. Baterista desde os 4 anos de idade, sempre esteve em contato com a música procurando se aperfeiçoar cada vez mais. Em 2009 começou a estudar teoria musical, com isso aprendendo a tocar outros instrumentos como guitarra, contrabaixo, piano, violão... Mas o contato real com a música eletrônica começou em 2016, gerando uma paixão enorme pelo som noturno e Hibpm. Em 2018 teve contato com a arte de mixagem inciando um curso de mixagem e vinil, dando início ao projeto. 
Attempts é um projeto de música eletrônica que carrega dois estilos... Darkpsy Experimental - Dark Ambient BreakCore. O objetivo desse projeto é alcançar as mentes abertas para a música e psicodelia, e gerar uma expansão através das frequências, um projeto repleto de psicodelia e elementos astrológicos e tecnológicos, com ambiencias e atmosfera densas e massivas, com muito instrumental e uma variação de Bpm de 150 há 250... Um experimento que seu maior foco é levar muita energia pra pista e a liberdade que a música e a dança nos proporciona.

♦ OUR STORY:
– In the years 2018-2024, we carried out 6 editions of the festival in Poland and 2 editions (Teaser and Afterparty) in cooperation with Art of the Heart crew in Israel.
– We organized the 3rd edition in 2020 spontaneously completed the preparations in just 3 weeks (as one of the few festivals in Europe) taking advantage of the removal of pandemic restrictions
– The first work on the 2024 edition began in 2019 (5 years in the making), and it was intended from the very beginning to present participants with a completely different dimension of audio/visual experience, unseen anywhere before.
– Polish editions took place in 4 different locations.
– Apart from the first edition addressed to the Polish audience, approximately 80-90% of the guests came from all over the world, which gave Unity the rank of an international event, never seen before in our country.
– During 6 national editions, we organized 6 different music label nights (Painted Chaos,@minutelessrecordings , @postmodernmusic.pmm , @labyrinthinecrew , @anomalistic_records , @geometric_corruption )
– 139 projects from 22 different countries performed at our events ( 10 from outside Europe) including 8 worldwide debuts
– We had the opportunity to test 5 different soundsystems (F1 & Funktion1 EVO @soundsupportpro__ , Huracan Acoustic @sednaultrasonicsoundsystem , Lambda Labs QX-3 & TX-3 @kollektivtontechnik )
– All editions ended with a financial loss to a greater or lesser extent (the total amount invested in the project was approximately EUR 70,000)
– This year’s edition and its attendance showed that within just 6 years it was possible to create a completely new community in the field of psychedelic music from scratch, and an unusual concept based on the repertoire from the freshest subgenre of psychedelic music (to put it simply – 100% EXPERIMENTAL) is slowly becoming a new trend among festivals worldwide.
