Focus your attention on your breath and be clear about your intention to awaken to the true nature of your being.  Feel the Presence in you, as you.  Open your heart and breath in and out of the heartspace feeling the love and gratitude.  Ask what is it you need to release and what you can increase.  Let the Presence speak to you and feel the "know" that is yours to do.
