Imagine breathing into the center of your chest and focus there.  It activates the heart and mind.  Imagine a portal at the crown of your head opening and allowing Divine Wisdom to pour through the mind and into your heart.  Now ask the Higher Self a question and listen for an answer, an image, a sensation, or a knowing.  Let Wisdom speak to you.
