This is a guest mix recorded specially by SINGLE VISION for Profound Records, which contains the latest Profound Records releases and some of his 2022 favorites. Having discovered Psychedelic Trance in the year 2002 at a party in Goa, Vishal Sabnani aka Single Vision was instantly drawn towards the culture. He decided to give DJ’ing a shot while dabbling with various sub genres within Psychedelic Trance and played across Goa to begin with. Originally from Mumbai, Vishal relocated back to his birthplace Dubai where he found home at RAVELATIONS by launching himself under his alias, SINGLE VISION. The resident DJ of Dubai’s premiere & most consistent Psytrance portal (RAVELATIONS)for more than a decade, Single Vision has had the opportunity to perform worldwide playing alongside heavy weights. The rise in SINGLE VISION in the Middle East led him to officially join DIGITAL OM PRODUCTIONS as a leading label DJ. "An Intelligent progressive journey into full-on psychedelic sounds" is how Vishal describes the SINGLE VISION experience. Usually slotted during sundown for a transition set, he delivers a perfect balance of power and flow. Rest assured, the “Point of Impact” will hit the spot when you have the Vision that is Single unleashed on a dance floor near you!

This set celebrated the 30th anniversary of the musical collaboration between these two friends. 

Almost exactly three decades ago, in December 1993, the first "goa party" was held in Budapest, where Oleg and Mush played revolutionary electronic dance music throughout the night, using audio tapes sent from Goa and Israel.

The current edition of WinterSUN also marked a jubilee event, as the first one was held 10 years ago at the same venue, Dürer Kert.

Maor Hasbani from Tel Aviv is the man behind the new promising electronic project,
Gumi.
In the late 90’s Maor stumbled upon the electronic side of music, 1st in the more classic genres including Rock, Progressive, Jazz & Fusion .
A Few years later Maor began his long a fruitful career in the local psychedelic trance scene, pretty much in all levels…from production to promotion…
What led him to the creation of Gumi :
Just by understanding the title word Gumi, meaning elastic, gives us the expectation to a flexible fluent atmosphere of sounds ,and surely the result is such. A project with a mix of a new eastern oriented music, not in an obvious way, but rather in a creative blend of clubby style, bold analog baselines that convey a warm feeling contrasted by 303 acid lines. Diverse, Tribal with ethnic drops.
Elastic sounds with a gloomy psy touch and old school analog sounds.
Beautiful melodies in well told stories.
Maor Hasbani is putting up a terrific blend of fused styles into a strong concept with endearing storytelling.
