With a modus operandi promising to hypnotise you, Dawn till Dusk offer you an irresistible EP from Alfa State. From Sudbeat to Seven Villas, he has carved a unique niche for himself, his productions a huge reason why he is called Canada's best-kept secret. On his debut for the label, he teams up with Hamed Ansari on one track and Mystic District for three tracks of deep and dreamy delights.

If you close your eyes to 'Still Around', you might think you are listening to your own, personal live band. The drum programming and bass is organic and physical, and the yearning vocal from Hamed Ansari creates mesmerising energy. But once the shimmering, early 00's James Holden-inspired melody appears, you'll be swimming in your mental bliss.

The thick, melancholic strings that drives' Frontiers' almost acts as an omen for the mystery that lays ahead. Prairie-like sounds challenge the glittering particles that paint a picture of vast unexplored territories. Underneath it all are bright, pneumatic drums and a warm bassline - equal parts trusting travel guide and mischievous vagabond.

On 'Gravitate', the drums feel more pronounced, designed to draw you away from what you are doing and lock you into its orbit. Riding that wave are elegant FX and shining melodies that hang in the air like countless stars, a super clear night urging you to look up into the cosmos.

There is a lot of confidence in the way 'Monarch' grooves. The overall drums are tight and the percussion high in energy, all joined by a wide off-beat bass. The elements build suspensefully before introducing a beautiful piano roll that delivers the payload; a swirling environment of melodic motifs where you can lose yourself.

Manchester-based Polish artist Greg Ochman @gregochman (Lost Miracle, Traum, Radiant) presents his first EP on Univack Records titled 'Velvet Sun', with 3 awesome original mixes, and two first-class remixes by the well-known progressive and  organic house artists Dabeat @dabeat_music and Rafa'EL @rafael-music  

Greg may seem a newcomer, but he isn't. With this aka you can find releases since 2020, but he has a lot of music releases in all type of formats as other names like 'Robot Needs Oil'. When you listen to the music made by Greg Ochman, you instantly know that you are listening a special and different music. His pieces are rich in melodic elements which work together to get a unique lighting harmony. Chords, arpeggios, sequences, scales influenced by flamenco, eastern and balcanic music are mixing with brilliant  grooves that will present you a magic journey between the beautiful landscapes. 

Well known Dabeat and Rafa'EL return to Univack, this time to work on the difficult task of remixing Greg's originals, contributing with the just elements and modifications to get 2 hi-quality remixes each of them with the top technique and genuine style of these two great artists. The latest release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint finds the label showcasing the ninth edition of their popular 'Three Of A Kind' series. These VA EP releases feature three producers who contribute two originals, with the end result being a unique amalgamation of sound, something which has now become synonymous with the Sound Avenue affiliate. Invited to showcase their talents for the ninth edition are artists from Argentina, Australia and the United States respectively. The release opens with the Figueras brothers, who recently debuted on the label's 'We Are The Future' compilation. Marley Hughes is another rising talent who makes his label debut here, while Doktor Hyde from the USA has already notched releases on ICONYC & Neele Records. Enjoy!

Life is beautiful (part 4)

Il y a des sons qui restent, même quand on les croyait perdus.
Lost Lies, c’est un de ces morceaux qui porte encore l’empreinte d’un autre moi, d’une autre époque. Je l’ai laissé vivre dans l’ombre un moment, et aujourd’hui il revient avec sa propre lumière.
C’est une pièce brute, un peu imparfaite peut-être, mais sincère. Elle garde ce mélange d’émotion et de tension, comme une photo floue mais chargée de vérité.
Si tu prends le temps de t’y plonger, tu pourrais y retrouver un peu de toi, ou même tes propres souvenirs…

There are sounds that remain, even when we thought they were lost.
Lost Lies is one of those pieces that still bears the imprint of another me, of another time. I let it live in the shadows for a while, and today it returns with its own light.
It's a raw piece, a little imperfect perhaps, but sincere. It retains that mixture of emotion and tension, like a blurry photograph but full of truth.
If you take the time to delve into it, you might find a little of yourself, or even your own memories...
