Hobin Rude (Ognjen Cerović) is a 23 year old Serbian progressive house DJ / Music Producer based in Belgrade. In his sets and production, you can hear uplifting progressive and melodic vibes which are full of emotions he wants to present to the audience. He started listening to electronic music when he was still a kid, in 2010, but finally found himself in progressive house in 2015, where 2 years later, a whole new chapter started for him.

He started his career back in 2017, started producing in the beginning of 2020, and by this time he has releases and upcoming releases on labels such as Soundgarden, PlattenBank, Hoomidass, Freegrant Music, Bonzai Progressive, Balkan Connection, Soundteller, The Purr, Balkan Connection South America, Modern Agenda, Strangers Beats, One of a Kind, Droid 9, aboriginal, Transensations Records, 3rd Avenue, AMITABHA, Massive Harmony and so much more.

Francesco Pico's Perpetual E-Motion album comes to a climax here with the fourth episode which includes the songs Perpetual E-Motion and The Way We Used To.

A unique concept: creating an album two songs at a time, releasing them in pairs before unleashing the complete collection. As we speak Francesco himself doesn't even know how the album will end. What we do know however is that we've reached the peak time moment right here with these two songs. 

Perpetual E-Motion instantly captivates with its uplifting arpeggiated melody and catchy vocals. Truly one for a proper moment of dance floor euphoria. 

The Way We Used To Do is a clever throwback to the heyday of progressive house; the late 90's / early 00's. An easy task for Francesco as he's been releasing music since 1996 himself.

Univack presents 'Rejuvenescence' by Ruben Karapetyan @ruben-karapetyan a veteran and producer born in Armenia, raised in LA, California, who got his first pair of decks 3 decades back. Ruben's style is close to Progressive House & Techno music. Among his solid beats and numerous atmospheric and armonic elements is usual to find out   traditional sounds of his motherland.

The original mix is is accompanied by a stunning remix by one of the most important Progressive House artist at the momento. Dmitry Molosh @dmitrymolosh prints his unmistakable style to make a different version of the original, also progressive but darker, more hipnotic, and minimalist.

D.J. MacIntyre's SLC-6 Music opens the month of August by presenting the sixteenth edition of their SIX:Stage-X compilation series. At just over four years into its existence, the beloved various artists showcase continues to search the globe for the freshest new talent that the electronic underground has to offer, oftentimes featuring a cohesive blend of progressive and melodic techno styles. SIX: Stage-16 follows suit and lands in impressive fashion with exclusive music from (in order of appearance) Rockka, Neuralis, NAASA, Redspace, Franco Romano and Maraudon. Leading the release off is Rockka who returns to the label following his remix of 'EsQadar' by Dr Green and Moodfreak. 

The Sri Lankan's latest is entitled 'Black Sands' and sets a strong tone for the release with a groovy style and dark yet electrifying storyboard. Selection two finds Neuralis making his label debut with the chugging grooves of 'Arritmia'. The Spanish artist crafts a chunky, rhythmic journey which flows through peaks and valleys to translate a goosebump-inducing narrative to the dance floor. Label debutantes NAASA arrive to SLC-6 Music in grand fashion with 'Perfect Time', a track which finds the duo showcasing their heartfelt melodies and poignant designs to great effect. 

Marking the collection's halfway point is Redspace who also makes an impressive first solo effort for SLC-6 with '1994'. Well-established with releases via Droid9 and Univack, the fast rising artist delivers a modern day progressive chugger, highlighted by ghostly tones and an earnest piano line which perfectly sets up a dark drop. Fresh off releases for Beat Boutique and MNL, Franco Romano delivers selection five 'Parallel Universe'. The Argentine's stompy beats and key changing bass stabs provide a sturdy dancefloor framework, while a tantalizing melodic lead adds depth and colour throughout. The release concludes with newcomer Maraudon presenting his first official production 'Orea'. As a strong debut it rounds out the release with a perfect blend of techno inspired beats, trippy effects and a tension filled break to set up a heads down finale.
