After four years away, 16 Bit Lolitas, the duo behind Anjunadeep classics like “Nobody Seems To Care” and “Murder Weapon" return to the label with the Beat Organ EP. Featuring three tracks harnessing the atmospheric, emotive sound they made their names with, the Beat Organ EP sees Ariaan and Peter bring a refined, contemporary edge to proceedings.

Title track “Beat Organ” builds subtly before melodic stabs make way for an insistent bassline groove. Tripped out soundscapes rise and rise in an almost euphoric breakdown, eventually unfolding back into the huge, bouncing bassline.

“From Far Away” takes a more restrained approach, ebbing and flowing for almost ten minutes in what is a genuine epic. Combining many of the hallmark elements of progressive house at its peak, with the current wave of melodic deep house, “From Far Away” is a hypnotic ride through dark, moody melodies and delicate sonic textures, culminating in an anthemic final breakdown.

Rounding off the EP in energetic fashion is “Friendly Neighbour”, built around another rolling bass heavy groove, brought together with rich melodies, interlocking textures and warm, feel-good atmospherics. All in all, the Beat Organ EP is an assured comeback, and a prime example of the progressive revival slowly beginning to take shape on dancefloors across Europe.

Universal Solution aka Gavin Holland returns to Anjunadeep with the Bandur EP, following 2013’s sleeper hits “Yukon” and “Osheen”.

Featured on the chart-topping Anjunadeep 06 compilation, title track “Bandur” showcases the high energy side of the Universal Solution sound, fusing low end swells with a ravey vocal sample and trademark cosmic atmosphere. 

“Lost Code” is a throwback to 90’s acid house, with a classic progressive twist - imagine DJ Pierre crossed with Tom Middleton. Subtle melodic flourishes ebb and flow in another intricate composition.

Closing the EP is “Wukari”, a ten minute epic through the full range of Gavin’s sounds. Beautiful cinematic soundscapes wash over an absorbing groove interspersed with sumptuous beatless moments.

Welcoming a new name to the Colorize family, atmospheric Ukrainian producer Sense8 delivers a sublime 2-track EP, 'Tokyo Time / Furidashi'.

Opening with 'Tokyo Time' Sense8's soothing ability to create delving soundscapes delivers by the bucket-load here with a relaxing, grooving opener to the EP.

Originally released in 1994, Heliopolis by Banco de Gaia was a huge worldwide success, featuring on Sasha & Digweed's "Northern Exposure" mix CD among a myriad of other compilations.
Framewerk initially produced their "Rewerk" purely for their DJ sets. After sending it out to a few progressive house tastemakers, the response was so phenomenal it led us to feel we needed to get in touch with Banco de Gaia (aka Toby Marks) and get this out on general release.
As an added bonus, and to allude more to the original pressing, Framewerk have provided their "Floating in Space Mix" for those sunset / sunrise moments.

Universal Solution is the artistic moniker of Gavin Holland, a UK electronic producer known for melodic, atmospheric dance music that sits between progressive house, deep house, and melodic techno.
