Modus – Latin for rhythm, pattern, and way. It was born on a Friday night while I was babysitting my grandson Vincent, as my wife and daughter went out dancing. We created our own little rave at home, and I even sampled his screams to weave them into the track. With hypnotic Phuse arpeggios, a driving bassline, and an unexpected metal riff, Modus captures my own flow – my pace, my state – when I dance at my very best.
