Ciaocacao is a female DJ living in Berlin. Next to her solo project she is also part and co-founder of the interdisciplinary collective re:flect. 
Music is fascinating her already for a long time. She used to love to dance for hours and get lost in the melodies and rhythms – today she tries to create exactly these feelings of freedom and ecstasy through her sets. This is also where her inspiration comes from. For her there is nothing better than seeing how she can take people on a musical journey and make them dance. Her sound is focused on an energetic, groovy and rolling tune with a high tempo.

For our 111th FrenzyPodcast, we’ve invited the Stuttgart-based DJ and producer, SYMON. SYMON is the promoter and resident artist of the infamous Vision Ekstase. He has been shaping his path since 2017 and has since then played in many clubs in and around Stuttgart. Besides DJ’ing, SYMON has been focusing on producing as well; he features on our Various Artists release with his good friend and fellow Vision Ekstase resident Rove Ranger. Next to that, he will release his first solo EP later this year.

SYMON created a one-hour mix for the FrenzyPodcast series, in which he starts deeper and controlling, and then takes things up a notch to create a dance floor ambience. Listen to the sound for the next hour, enjoy!

If this talented 22-year old Berlin based DJ isn’t on the road playing gigs, he spends his time sifting through record shops, old dj collections or the internet in order to uncover lost gems or forgotten classics. Besides growing his already impressive record collection, Slin sports three deck vinyl mixes that continue to impress in terms of technicality and musicality.

His attitude towards DJing in general is sportive and ambitious; the intense preparation that goes into every one of his sets translates into an infectious performance in the booth, always in the mix working the wax. His sets rely on a raw, rough and honest groove as well as nonlinear storytelling and are always a pleasure to dance to. His love for both old and new records allows him to demonstrate the breadth of his musical knowledge, engaging also the more experienced listeners.

Hany also known as technoslave_69 is a Amsterdam based DJ who is originally from Egypt. He describes his style as ‘club-oriented’ as his aim for all the sets that he puts out is to give the listener a sensation of being in the club, on the dance-floor, and all sweaty. His sound consists of minimalistic details with driving basslines blending them with synths, percussions, and vocals creating a hybrid assuring to never losing the listeners attention.

Also focused on producing, he consistently puts out new tracks and has recently released on Jorge Fons label: JFNS. Rill is a DJ producer from Potsdam, Germany. He is the co-head of the Berlin based techno label MITSU2000 & Syntop Undoubtedly, Rill get his inspriation from early 2010s techno. His tracks are minimalistic yet hard-hitting and groovy. Through the moderate but precise use of synth sounds he manages to add depth to his productions and thus creates an overall hypnotic experience.
