Galactic Groove Records is an independent psychedelic trance record label based in the south of Ireland.
Launched in 2013 by Dj Floki to promote & contribute to the underground psytrance scene on the Emerald Isle & beyond.
The first release, a 3 track EP from renowned Brazilian night psy producer 'Diksha' went out on all major download platforms in February 2014 with another 2 EP's to follow shortly after.
Since then the label sound has evolved into a much deeper, darker form, now focused on what some consider a modern take on the dark & forest psychedelic trance subgenres.
Galactic Groove Records strive to promote & release high quality and original underground Psychedelic Trance music from some of the leading artists in the scene & are dedicated to discovering & honing new talent .

Jungle Calling is a compilation made by Djs Govinda & Mikel and inspired by the wild jungle gathering we have been putting up in Goa since few years now. After more then 10 years of experience taking active part in festivals like Boom, Ozora, Sonica, Modem, Blackmoon and others we finally decided to open a record label and release music from our favourite artists selecting tracks from the most known ones like Ajja, Drip Drop, Gaspard and Dsompa. but also some emergent ones like Brain jam, Overload and Dimmitrion to give voice to great new artists that haven't been discovered by the audience yet. The type of sounds that we have been selecting is a mixture of organic feelings, groovy baselines and crunchy leads aiming to take you into a powerful hypnotic experience. The dance floor has been our biggest passion for many years, that's why our hope is that these tunes will bring you into a new dimension like it did to us in the last parties... Got up at 5am, ate 10 pretzels and a sandwich, drank 2 shots of Unicum, ran down the hill to set up and proceeded to have one of the greatest days of my life! They saved the blessed for Blast on grand finale Day 7 of the largest Ozora to date!
Sadly none of the real time stuff I do is recorded here (true set will be on official site) but its still a nice listen of my backup stream ;)
