Artist's Bio 
In the nineties a move to the UK came as a consequence of his studies and with him a pulsating eagerness which helped Lateral Movement to dive right into the local music culture, effervescent as ever. There he meandered effortlessly through genres, taking him deeper into the arts whilst aiding his curiosity, from free jazz to indietronica. Returning to his homeland, Portugal, subtracted him from this rich diversity and forced him to become a strong supporter of the alternative scenes, where he looked to push people and projects that shared his values and vision. There and then he decided to embark on a different kind of journey and took upon himself the responsibility of discovering new music and to share it with the community. To this day techno and its many guises are his passion, especially the deeper and hypnotic realms, where ambience and atmosphere play the main role.

Simone Giudice (@simonegiudice), class ‘89, is a composer and sound artist based in Rome, who accesses the world of musical experimentation through the club door. His techno and dance oriented attitude is the origin of a pro- found study of the sound acquired in the academic studies of electro-a- coustic composition at the “Santa Cecilia” Music Conservatory of Rome. In his journey as a sound designer, he continually witnesses the oscillation between intimate ambient / drone / experimental paths and the creation of peculiar rhythmic patterns of the most inspired techno ambient.

Podcast 007 : Ruhig.

Ruhig, also known as Luigi Cicchella is an italian dj and producer, not new to the techno scene as former partner of Tresor resident Synthek at the guidance of Berlin based imprint NatchRecords, where they both released several eps and the album Unwise (July 2014). Luigi musical background has deep roots in drum and bass, trip hop and ambient, influences that he kept through the years manifesting a really peculiar approach to techno. Ruhig debuts on Midgar Records with Lost In The Instability ep (October 2014), a sophisticated ensemble of deep, crafted cuts, followed by a remixed edition, out few months later, featuring reworks by Edit Select, Luigi Tozzi, Synthek and Wata Igarashi. Ruhig comes back with a double Ep for Midgar, the first instalment, Particles Ep, will hit the stores in January 2016, while the second Materia Ep will see the light in Spring.

This week we are proud to feature the work of Forest on Stasys, an Argentinian artist influenced by tribal minimalist techno, as well as some of the more abstract strains of sound. The true distinguishability of his sound is characterized by a continual integration of sonorous and mesmerizing landscapes. As he himself describes it, this tendency has come naturally due to his admiration for drone and ambient tracks marked by strong melancholy.

In addition to leading Danza Nativa and releasing numerous intelligent EP's, it should be mentioned that earlier this year his work has become part of a compilation in support of the ongoing anti-government protestors in Chili. La Furia Del Pueblo ("the fury of the people") is a 54-track techno album featuring the likes of Voiski, Perc, Oscar Mulero, Anthony Linell, Acronym, Umwelt and more.

We have been eager to feature this unique recording that is supremely aligned to our initial vision and hope you enjoy.

Daniel[i] has been immersing himself in recent times as a talented producer, with a style of techno that blends atmospheric sounds with deep, danceable yet meditative grooves. He himself explains what the project stands for as: ”Daniel[i] represents two aspects of my music production: a repetitive side and a meditative side. I want to mix both concepts as they are really close to each other. Giving it a kind of third sense, the hypnotic part is nothing else than the result of a natural symbiosis.”
The German-based artist with Italian and Belgian roots has also started a label a few months called Whispering Signals, with the first EP carrying reworks by Wa Wu We, Feral and Illuvia.

This session takes a more relaxed approach, trying to attract the listener in the long sequences and percussive focus of Deep Techno.  
@eafhmlive is a multidisciplinary project created recently by the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages.
This project has developed different facets, including a career as an interpreter and audio producer when experimenting with a wide variety of musical sequences. It seeks the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. This project also defines the transformation of the artist that has developed under different aliases for many years.
He is the founder and Curator of @secuencias_temporales.
