“All For You” by RELAIDEX is liquid funk about how love sounds when words stop working. The melodies move softly and confidently, like steps toward someone: warm chords, bright vocal echoes, airy pads and a bass that doesn’t crush you, but holds you from within.

Each track on the EP feels like a letter that was never sent, but kept being rewritten in your head — between late-night journeys, taxi windows and messages erased before you hit send. The drums keep the club energy alive, yet in the spaces between the hits there’s room to breathe, to remember, and to whisper quietly: “all of this is for you.”

Here DEEPNAS shows its gentler side: “All For You” is a release about people who stay close, even when cities and distances change. Music for those who tend to hide their feelings deep, yet still carry them through the noise.

Dutch DJ, producer and Myor label head Coco Bryce recently handed in a masterpiece of an album with ‘Night On Earth’, comprising eight cuts of classy AF jungle that doesn’t mean ‘revival’ in a pejorative sense. Toeing the line between chill and hype is some skill, but Bryce manages it with aplomb on the album, providing a manual that all jungle producers worth their salt should have a leaf through. Having DJed since 1995, Coco Bryce has been firmly in the hardcore, breakbeat, D&B, gabber and jungle world for some time, and his Dummy Mix certainly mines that world but is “a bit different from what I usually play,” he told us. “Normally most of my DJ sets and mixes are around 160bpm, mainly jungle, lots of new releases blended with a solid dose of 94/95 stuff… for this one, though, I went and picked some of my personal 1992 favourites, with a couple of newer bits thrown in for good measure (including an as-of-yet unreleased one by myself which I made just a couple of weeks ago). Even though I don’t play these tunes out all that much, it’s hands down one of my favourite eras, especially when it comes to breakbeat hardcore. It’s just before the split between jungle and (happy) hardcore: the drums aren’t super choppy yet, but you can already kinda hear where things were headed, yet it still has that rave-y feel to it, without sounding corny or being too bouncy, you know… I just love how spontaneous those tunes sound.” Tune in to Coco Bryce’s bone-rattling, ’92-centred Dummy Mix now:

With releases on 7th Storey Projects, Green Bay Wax, Dark Age and Parallax, Tim Reaper first got into drum & bass through an Andy C mix CD found in an issue of Mixmag and released his first production in 2010. Launching his imprint Globex Corp alongside Dwarde in 2016, the pair have hosted artists such as Dev/Null, Worldwide Epidemic, Gand, Mr Sensi and more across 10 volumes. Now teaming up with Lobster Theremin for a collaborative release LT-GLOBE-XXX which features tracks from Slacker, Dwarde, Background and Marco Lazovic. 

For this mix, Tim Reaper introduces us to his imprint saying, "for anyone who may not be familiar with the Globex Corp series on 7th Storey Projects that me and Dwarde have been making tunes for, here's a mix I did a few months ago which contains every single tune from Vol. 1-9. Shouts to Simon from 7th Storey Projects, all the collaborators (Dev/Null, Worldwide Epidemic, Gand, Sonar's Ghost, Fringe & Mr Sensi) and the 4 remixers involved in the next Globex Corp release."
