Based in Berlin and with Russian roots, @kalteliebe keep drawing their inspiration from Post-Punk, Grunge, Dark Wave, EBM, and Techno. Coming with years-long experiences in different musical projects ranging from beat-making over metal bands, Hip Hop ensembles, and more the project started back in 2019 using a drum machine, a bass synth, and a wasted microphone, only.
Authentically recorded in a 12 square meter room in Berlin Kalte Liebe started out as an experiment combining diverse influences by the likes of Sydney Vallette, Thomas P. Heckmann @troperecordings, @dieselektion, DAF, Falco, and more into their distinctively analog, raw, and bassline-driven style.
While their productions are mostly consisting of an elaborated mixture of EBM and old-school Dark Wave paired with technoid characteristics and captivating, roughly distorted vocals in German and Englisch the duo equally stands for tool-ish and highly energetic Techno – modern, pounding, and dirty.
With recent releases on labels like @01010100records , @vituscurse & BFT, even more strongly performing self-releases like „Ego EP“and their recently launched label „Sys.Ex“ they are slowly establishing their name in the scene and quickly growing their audience. With a live performance in the making and packed with loads of unreleased work Kalte Liebe is soon to be heard all over.

Authentically recorded in a 12 square meter room Kalte Liebe started out as an experiment combining diverse influences and have since put out killer material on on labels like 01010100 Records, Vitus Curse and BFT.  The Brvtalist also recently premiered their single "Dopamin" which remains one of our favorite tracks at the moment. With lots of unreleased in the pipeline we're excited for what's next.

Høleigh has been consistently contributing to Manchester’s darker side of dance. A regular at Manchester promotional outfit Teletech has consolidated her foundations within the dance community, combined with frequent invites for mixes from the likes of Crude, Speedmaster records, HRA, Dreamphase, Underzone and others have propelled her across the British channel and into European capitals to share her meticulously engineered sound.

Intellectually selected grooves, basslines and emotion driven melodies bound together to produce coherent and forward thinking performances that have captured the attention of Ismus for their May Day event 2022 which puts Høleigh in control for a sensory experience.

This will be a good warm up for the weekend ahead of his gig at a secret party this weekend and his Synoid debut next weekend.
