The literal translation of Chamos is friends. Does this also apply in practice? Without a doubt! This DJ duo have been friends since high school and are making friends on the go wherever they spin their tunes. 

Chamos is originally from Arnhem, but nowadays they are active nationwide. Besides playing at festivals like Encore Festival, Paaspop and We Are Electric, they also rock stages like Paradiso, Melkweg, and TivoliVredenburg. To top that they also performed as pre-acts to big names like The Game. 

Whether you like it or not, you can’t avoid dancing during Chamos’ sets. With danceable and groovy music they can make everything move. Chamos’ sound can be described as a mix of hip-hop, r&b, afro, dancehall, and future sounds topped with a funky flavor.
