Formerly known as 'Danny Tanner', VLVT JONES (@velvet_jones) is originally from South Florida and has been DJing since 2012. JONES' music producing career started out in 2014 as he began experimenting with 80s/disco era inspired music and later gravitated towards more hip hop and dance influenced tracks. JONES' sets are usually all over the place which is how he likes it, not wanting to be confined to a particular genre.

This week, @velvet_jones comes through with a 93 BPM heater that combines two classics. 

VLVT JONES is a New York based producer and DJ who is originally from Florida. He started DJing in 2012 and has been making beats since 2014. VLVT started out making 80s/disco era inspired music before gravitating to towards more hip hop and dance vibes. 

He’s Puerto Rican/Colombian and likes to infuse Latin/Caribbean flavours into his music. If you check out his edits on his SoundCloud page, you’ll find this Latin flavour throughout all his work.
