LOLO, an energetic DJ/artist from Brooklyn, New York, infuses her high-energy sets with a diverse range of musical influences, including early Disco, Hip Hop, and Motown. Her performances are known for creating an electrifying atmosphere with the spirit of Afro house sounds, captivating audiences wherever she goes. Having spent 22 years in Cleveland and Akron, LOLO is a well-established figure in the club scene and has supported artists such as DJ Minx, Terrence Parker, Ron Trent, Donald Glaude, SillyGirlCarmen, and many others. Additionally, LOLO hosts a weekly radio show, Club Kid Dirty Disco, on Deep Space Radio and has been featured in numerous guest mixes on various podcasts and radio shows. She has also been a media partner and artist for Charivari Detroit for 8 years. December 21'st, 2016 was the day Matt Schut moved from Seattle USA to the place he now permanently resides, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Matt has dual citizenship of the USA and NL). Coming from a competitive athletics background and commercial hip-hop and culture/scene, Matt never thought twice about electronic music, he at the time still only listened to old school American Hip Hop. In fact, he hated it his first 2 weekends while his older sister, Marieke Schut, took him to world top venues in Amsterdam (Shelter, De School, De marktkantine, Elementenstraats "The Warehouse", Gashouder (Awakenings), and the list will never end now. 

Matt Schut is a continuous self learner for sound. Since August 5, 2017, Matt began teaching himself how to produce electronic music with the musical platform, Ableton Live 10 suite while never taking a music lesson in his life. "Keep Going" is exactly what he is doing musically because of the pure love for sound. This artist has an impressive passion for evolving his sound.

He never wants to leave the music studio and he brings New and Fresh talent to today's Electronic's Music Scene. 

Matt didn't start teaching himself how to mix/DJ until May 2021, which is when he mixed for the first time at his friends house. Since then, he's started gaining momentum on sets and tracks that he uploads continuously to Soundcloud

 MUSIC JUNKY and always as thats the true foundation of this upcoming new artist.

Keep an eye out for his name soon. He knows he has a talent level thats truly something special and a never ending learning process ahead of him.

His first listed event that he was booked as a DJ will be held at La Terrrazza, Barcelona, Spain on August 11th, 2022.

For me its not about pigeonholing myself to just one genre, and I try to make that reflect in my mixes. I try to create a journey of sounds, starting on a house tip and progressing to heavier techier beats, like a snapshot of a night out in a quality club.
I grew up on hardcore in the 90`s, started mixing trance in 99 on my mates decks and fell in love with Djing. My musical taste has evolved along with dance music over the years from trance to progressive to minimal to tech-house and techno. 
Success as a professional Dj would be nice but not the be all and end all, as long as I can put something together that people like and can dance to.

UCAP, founded by Andy Holdsworth, has carved out a unique niche in the nightlife scene, providing an intimate setting for music lovers to experience renowned DJs in a close and personal atmosphere. After a decade of success in the northern club scene, UCAP made an exciting transition to Exeter, broadening its horizons. Now, as the events manager at Bomba and Move, Holdsworth continues to innovate the local music landscape by curating a diverse range of events that encompass genres like Techno, Progressive, Trance, Melodic, SKA, and Reggae. This new chapter not only fosters community engagement through music but also showcases an eclectic mix of bands and artists, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Holdsworth's vision and dedication to creating memorable experiences will undoubtedly rejuvenate Exeter's nightlife.
