This is my 40th Album which is a double Album and Side A is ‘Shades of The Shads...Vol.3’ and Side B is ‘Let’s Dance...Vol.6’.

This Album is a composition of cover songs from 1957 to 1999, across the genres and through the generations.

‘Swing the Mood’ is a song by British pop music act ‘Jive Bunny’ and the Mastermixers, released as the first single from their debut album, ‘Jive Bunny: The Album’ (1989).

‘At the Hop’ is a 1957 pop song written by Artie Singer, John Medora, and David White and originally released by ‘Danny & The Juniors’.

‘Yummy Yummy Yummy’ is a song first recorded by Ohio Express in 1968. 

‘Peppermint Twist’ is a song written by Joey Dee and Henry Glover, recorded, and released by Joey Dee and the Starliters in 1961.

‘Baby Come Back’ is a song by English band the Equals from their 1967 album Unequalled Equals and written by Eddy Grant. Pato Banton and London Boys recorded cover versions of the song that were hits. 

‘Twist and Shout’ is a 1961 song written by Phil Medley and Bert Berns. The song has been covered by several artists including Chaka Demus & Pliers (1992), who experienced chart success with their versions.

‘In the Summertime’, released in 1970, is the debut single by British rock band ‘Mungo Jerry’. 

‘Coco Jamboo’ is a song by German band Mr. President. It was released on 29 March 1996 as the lead single from their second studio album, ‘We See the Same Sun’ (1996).

‘Keep It Comin' Love’ is a song by KC and the Sunshine Band, released as a single in 1977 and was released on their 1976 album, ‘Part 3’.

‘Right Back Where We Started From’ is a song which was first recorded in the middle of 1975 by Maxine Nightingale for whom it was an international hit.

‘Thank God I'm A Country Boy’ is a song recorded by American singer/songwriter John Denver. The song was originally included on Denver's 1974 album ‘Back Home Again’. 

‘Boot Scootin' Boogie’ is a cover song recorded by Brooks & Dunn recorded a cover version, which was included on their 1991 debut album, ‘Brand New Man’. 

‘Dancin' Cowboys’ is a song by ‘The Bellamy Brothers’ and was released in May 1980 as the second single from the album ‘You Can Get Crazy’.

“Bem Bem Maria’ is a song by the Gipsy Kings and was released in 1989.

‘Summer Holiday’ is a 1963 screenplay written by Peter Myers and Ronald Cass who also wrote most of the song numbers and lyrics.

‘Bring It All Back’ is the debut single of British pop group S Club 7. 

‘Jingle Jangle’ is a song by ‘The Archies’ and produced by Jeff Barry. The single reached number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 27 on the U.S. Easy Listening chart in 1969.

‘Don't Bring Me Down’ is the ninth and final track on the English rock band the Electric Light Orchestra's 1979 album Discovery. It is their highest charting hit in the United States to date.

‘Marie, Marie’ by Shakin' Stevens was written by Dave Alvin and was first released by ‘The Blasters’ in 1980. Shakin' Stevens also released a cover version in 1980.

‘Jeepster’ is a song by English rock act T. Rex and was released on 5 November 1971 as a single from the group's sixth studio album (and second as T. Rex) ‘Electric Warrior’.

‘I'm So Excited’ is a song by American vocal group the Pointer Sisters. Jointly written and composed by the sisters in collaboration with Trevor Lawrence, it was originally released in September 1982, reaching number 30 on the US Billboard Hot 100. 

So, I really enjoyed the challenge in doing this dance album in which I continue to learn and improve my musical skills and knowledge. I’m sure you will enjoy listening and dancing to this album as I have enjoyed recording and producing it...
