Avenue313 already known as Avidya is a very promising and active DJ/beat maker from Madrid, he takes part of the “Ceni x Nawal” CD compilation on Nawal Records (nawalrecords.bandcamp.com/album/ceni-x-nawal), along with his latest Remix for Francois Dillinger’s “Can't Wake Up” on “DET:ROI - The Remixes” released under Roulette Recordz; and including a fab track for our VA "Modern Visions.02" in 2021.

FRANCOIS DILLINGER uses subtlety and forcefulness in this release in order to create a cohesive aesthetic. "-40.715921" is experimental in its own right, with the sounds of delayed acoustic arrangements building slowly and interweaving to create an immersive atmosphere. The full EP is fast-paced, but not in an overly frenetic way, and nevertheless enjoyable.

"Overlapped" is a bold statement. It opens with a bass-heavy groove that is heavily syncopated and often delayed. The beat becomes heavy and raucous, with swaths of distorted synth roars that are somewhat dark. The music maintains its intensity of experimental noise as it moves from one side to the other. Don't let the silence fool you; this music is loud and packed with a punch!

Gladio Operations inaugurates 2023 with its seventh release titled “Split Machine”, a new series of shared EPs, where in this first episode the producers Jauzas The Shining and Cycloplex go halves on the EP.

The French producer returns to Gladio with three cuts which possess his peculiar and characteristic rugged sound. The EP launches with "Business Machines” and “Isla De Encanto”, two powerful cuts with aggressive and noticeable basslines filled-up with dark textures. Jauzas gifts us a last cut titled “Equation”, a nod to the EBM sound, where he preserves the same darkness as in the previous cuts.

On side B we encounter the Spanish producer Francisco Aguado, who has recently released his first work under the "Cultivated Electronics" label under his new electro alias, Cycloplex. With two cuts titled “Intercepted” and “Acid Machine”, Cycloplex reveals his particular minimalist vision of electro sound in an abstract journey of excellent monotonous rhythms.

Jauzas The Shining - Isla De Encanta

Luxus Varta is back on his own label with a new melancholic electro EP.

The four tracks presented here evolve between light and darkness, slowly sliding towards to the most melancholic side, where the surrounding colours become as fragile as crystal.  When the magic happens at dusk, night promises to be inspiring.

'Crystal Dusk' is the fourth release on the artist's label, In Abstracto.
