Recipient of the title “Best Rapper” at the Ithaca Music Awards in 2019, the young lyricist draws on his own real life battles and traumatic episodes, conveying a wide range of subject matter represented throughout the aptly titled release.  It is a remarkable journey encapsulated in a series of biographical depictions, all with an underlying theme of survival, escape, progression and transformation.   

Authentically powerful, this is Storyville of a life less ordinary packed full of dope rhymes and skillfull wordplay set to the highest caliber soundtrack provided by veteran producer Frost Gamble, originally of Binghamton NY and now resident in Canada.

Known for, in particular, an extensive back catalogue with old time sparring partner Tone Chop, Frost has also released projects with Tragedy Khadafi, KXNG Crooked, Horseshoe Gang and Craig G while producing his “Sixteens” series of instrumentals.   Early work included collaborations with Young Bleed, Sadat X, J-Ro, Doc Ice and Tahmell, son of the legendary Rakim, while in 2013 he contributed to Fresh I.E.’s “Red Letterz 13” which duly won  “Album of the Year” at the Canadian Gospel Music Awards.

A series of singles will precede the album with accompanying affiliated videos due to appear on the label's Youtube channel "newdawnrecords" on release.  The singles and album will be available to stream and download at Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Tidal, Bandcamp and all other major digital platforms.

Mixed by Shahin, this is the official teaser of the new album "XVI : Return of the Gods" by New Jersey rapper Tru Trilla which is due for release on May 31st 2024 through New Dawn Records, distributed by Ingrooves / Virgin.

For over two years the Brick City lyrical marksman has painstakingly crafted an absolute masterpiece, gathering together a stellar line up of guest featured artists and producers for what is the much anticipated follow up to the classic banger ‘God of Barz’ released by ourselves almost exactly four years to the day in May 2020. 

A long time affiliate of Naughty by Nature, Lords of the Underground and group member of 050 Boyz, the Newark native brings more of the same uncompromising energy as before, but this time moves the action further afield.

With original foot soldiers still flying the flag for the Garden State, Chicago and Barcelona, the legion’s been bolstered by additional heavy artillery from California, Detroit, Boston, New York, Florida, Canada, Japan and the UK.  

Where God of Barz set down a highly impressive early marker, the new album is its natural successor.  The broad range of production styles raise the levels on again while retaining the original core essence.  A diverse and powerful soundtrack for a blockbuster of fierce bars, slick rhymes and gritty lyricism delivered by some of hip hop’s most renowned verbal technicians at the top of their game.

"End All Be All" is the follow up to "Breathin" which reached #1 in the college radio charts earlier in the Spring, and was first aired while the pair were guests on Beatminerz Radio recently.
