Juhuuu es gibt mal wieder ne zharte Rakäthe! Aber was war das für ne knappe Nummer?! Rakäthe liegt mit Covid im Hangar – es ist unklar, ob sie’s überhaupt rechtzeitig wieder rausschafft, während @zhart sich seine Masterarbeit drei Tage vor Abgabe um die Ohren haut. Zum Glück hat’s der Flow mal wieder geregelt und beide stehen genesen und gemastert Samstag Nacht im Kater auf der Matte. Da gab’s diesmal also mal wieder mehr als nur einen Grund zu Feiern.. Und eine ziemliche Abfahrt – der Kuckuck hat gebebt! Was für ein Vibe! Wir sind so unfassbar dankbar, solche Abenteuer – umgeben von den tollsten Menschen erleben und mitgestalten zu dürfen. Riesiges Dankeschön an alle, die neuneinhalb Stunden lang diese Stimmung und Energie auf den Floor gezaubert haben. Den Übergang zwischen unseren beiden Sets gibt’s jetzt für alle, die nochmal mit der zharten Rakäthe durch den Kater fliegen wollen.  LIEBE 🚀♥️

Pastanaga Festival, August 2024. Deine Menschen, deine Musik, dein Sound, dein Licht, dein Vibe - du hast wieder nicht enttäuscht, dafür sehr begeistert. Den Floor drinnen, aka. Boiler Room Lalendorf, zu eröffnen, hat mir mehr bedeutet, als mir vielleicht vorher klar war. Wir hatten das Floorkonzept 2 Tage vorher neu aufgestellt und ich hatte gar keine Ahnung, was wir für eine unglaubliche Energie damit in diese alten Gemäuer des Herrenhaus Vogelsang bekommen. Das war definitiv einer der schönsten Gigs überhaupt, das lag natürlich vorallem an allen komplett motivierten Tanzmäusen in allen Reihen. Danke. Einfach danke an die beste und tollste Crew in se world, alle fleißigen Helfenden, alle stampfenden Tanzenden und natürlich an die anwohnenden Pfauen: ihr habt nicht so sehr gestunken wie letztes Jahr, das hat mir gut gefallen. 🦚 

Viel Spaß mit dem Recording, ich freue mich schon jetzt auf die nächste klemmende Tür 🚪🧡

Having learned the piano at a young age and subsequently performed regularly with bands and even an orchestra, Powel's palette of music has a vast and thorough foundation that is influenced by the people and places he comes across during his visits.  His unique touch as a musician is heard by how he captures warm, celestial vibes filled with airy atmospheres together with delicate rhythms and tells a melancholic story fused with ghostly, low slung cuts that are rich with nuance and subtlety.  Powel steadily explores this duality in sounds not only throughout his discography but in his performances around the world which included his inaugural debut on the ROBOT HEART bus in 2016. 

Powel continues to amaze his fans around the world including residencies with the All Day I Dream family run by dreamer evangelist Lee Burridge, Behrouz's intimate home in Miami, Do Not Sit On The Furniture, and one of the finest institutions in New York City, Bespoke Musik. On the production front, eager ears will be treated to forthcoming EP on the newly minted 'Dawn Till Dusk' imprint on September 6th, 2019.
