Great hook with Lay Me Down. Nicely done.

A Cloud of Ravens is an important transitional album for me.  It's the last recordings I would do with Nick Ryan in Denver Colorado (we may work together again but we hardly ever hear from each other due to life circumstances) and as it was, Ravens was recorded in Denver but I was in Omaha and had to drive back and forth - - actually a pleasant task, especially when I took my son Max with me the last time early summer, saw old Denver friends and well, for lack of a better term, said 'goodbye' to Denver and 13 years of my musical and personal life.  A Cloud of Ravens is mostly comprised of 'album versions' of home recorded stuff.

Actually fell down the rabbit hole properly making this one.   It's quite sad.  Sorry.  I'm very cheerful in real life.

It's a bit of a slow burner but it gets there eventually...
