Happy new year and welcome to 2024! Bright Patterns welcomes Garçon from Switzerland for this new chapter of the show. He’s a resident at Elysia in Basel and co-runs Amenthia Recordings with Agonis. More often than not, we have the pleasure of hearing his deep cerebral explorations of rhythm, building sets and mixes with thoughtful intention for the dance floor. While I and many others enjoy these recordings again and again, he presents a softer side here that’s equally as brilliant. “I wanted to play music i'd like to listen to in the morning or stay in bed to” he added. "This mix is ​​made up of various melodic drone sounds. 
They are tracks that I feel really beautiful. Listening to the drone feels like my heart and mind are being cleansed. What I was most conscious of in this mix was to mix the drones in various keys so that they would naturally connect and become a big story. I sprinkled in elements that episode the feeling of nature. And I used an unreleased track of mine in the middle of the mix.

I made a slightly longer journey than usual as a special mix for Inveins podcast.

About this mix (few words from F-ON): 
"About the storytelling, well,  i can explain how the process of the recording was:
Friday night, It has been a hard and stressful day.
Everyone at home is sleeping, so I take a RedBull can from the fridge and I go to my dinner room.
I close the door, and start to record. The healing vibes start in my technics turntables and my Genelec monitors that sound very low.
I don't want to wake anyone up.
The next two hours are just for me.

His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno.

His productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures. He is resident at the Alpenglühen and Taiga sessions and owner of the label Antimatter together with Bule.

He is also the owner of Alpenglühen (the label) focused in deep and ambient techno which explores the thin line between light and darkness.
