About me:
Daily, I work as a strength & conditioning coach in Germany and a specialist in biohacking and doping worldwide. In 2017, I graduated with a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and over the years, I have accomplished multiple courses in endocrinology, physiology, and neuroscience. I'm also an actively competing powerlifter and a lover of heavy metal and forest hiking.

Powerlifting, audio engineering, and biology have been my greatest passions for years. In 2011, I came across neural entrainment and subconscious programming, and at this very moment, I became engrossed in these unpopular branches of science - no wonder; they turned out to combine my interests, while their vast biohacking potential could optimize my performance in various life aspects. Consequently, I meticulously studied and attended lectures oriented on neuroscience, focusing on the functioning of the subconscious mind and the impact of auditory stimulation on living organisms.
