Composed by Lou Di Falco. Written in 1979 while attending Berklee College of Music, Merry-Go-Round was first performed at a concert of original student music at the college's recital hall at 1140 Boylston Street, Boston. Since then the tune was performed in many different bands over the years as well as being recorded several times. This latest recording features myself on acoustic piano and Rhodes as well as the keyboard bass track. Also performing are Jim Stagnitto from New Hope, Pennsylvania on trumpet, Vince Rimbach from Toronto on Tenor Sax, Russ Trevena on Guitar from Atlanta, Georgia and Tom Mitchell on drums from New Jersey.
