Kaïma, artist from Angers (FR), is influenced by dub, electro, hip hop, world...
Djembefola since 20 years and guitarist, he composes, samples and experiments with different instruments and machines.

He began to present his project in 2009 in the Pays de la Loire region in various bars and festivals such as the FACE Festival, the Tempo Rives Festival in Angers or in Limoges for the Festival Détraqués, the Festival Canasson in Vendée, Festival K -Play at La Roche/Yon, the Michelet Scene in Nantes and other events such as Urban Jungle nights at Chabada/Angers.

In 2014 (and 2019) he began a tour on the island of Reunion for a month to present his project; Back from this rewarding journey he comes back with a lot of energy and released his first EP on September 12, 2014. 

Creator of the label @Beatsandsounds in 2015, two compilations have been released to date and a third planned for this year, they aim to promote independent French artists.

Kaïma will open the ball by releasing an EP on his label in 2022, other EP will follow from different artists of the French independent scene.

Compositeur, musicien (guitare basse piano, xiao (chinese vertical flute), erhu, percussions, drum machines).

Musique instrumentale, musique de film, jingles pub/radio etc...

Funk jazz soul rock folk psychedelic reggae dub electro ou classique.
