A Brisbane based 4 piece with a fiery live persona and songs for any occasion; Regular Band IS Chris Wenner on Bass / Vocals, Mitch Ellis on Drums, Felix Lindgren on Guitars / Vocals and Psymon Benson on fat Guitars this 'pretty punk', pretty grunge and frankly pretty loud Nirvana-esque alternative Rock, 90's time machine of a band are sure to get your head banging and your foot tapping. 

Influenced sounds from the grunge greats naming Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Silverchair and local legends, Violent Soho. True to the classic four piece, one bass, two guitars, several drums and the roar of a lion down Wenner's throat, expect a wall of sound and an inescapable urge to get involved. They've played radio events, hotels, pizza parlors and bars; with regular gigs and a growing fan base, this regular band has shown anything but regular effort. A (previously) constant update of fan favourite songs in new and refreshing but true to their roots music videos keeps their fans satisfied and they can only release so many EPs before it's time for an album. A versatile sound keeps their live shows 'alive'.

DISCOVER NEARBY ARTISTS:
Another world first is the ability to discover artists who are right in front of you. Simply check the “Nearby Artists”, select the one on stage, and that’s it! If the artist has allowed their songs to be downloaded, you can add the song they just played (and you loved) to your Tune Bank right away or when you get home!

GIG CALENDARS:
A great feature for artists is the synchronised gig calendars. If any band/project member (or promoter) creates an event, everyone will be notified of the gig and their gig calendar instantly updated. No more “What date/time was that gig again?”. And no more “What gear do I need?” thanks to all the necessary gig details including load in and backline details, time and place, set times, number of people invited and who has confirmed attendance. It even includes the venue location on the map! No more “Where is it again?”

PUSH MESSAGES:
With push messages, be 100% sure people don’t forget you. You can send them out into the crowd and anyone who has the BandAidz app will get not just your message but also all your social media links. But be careful, you can only send one every 4 hours so make it count!

PROMOTERS:
We couldn’t forget promoters! Ever been endlessly searching for an artist of a specific genre within a specific location and want to know if they’re available? Well now you can, and within seconds! You can search all of the above and see if the artists are available from their gig calendars. If they are, you can exchange messages. No restrictions! Promoters can also create gigs and add any artist who has the BandAidz app and is on the bill for the event. The more sub-genres, the more people invited!

KINDREAD are a fresh hybrid sounding act that combine a fusion of funk/reggae with elements of contemporized DUB layered on a bed of electronic ambience, captivating harmonies and catchy melodies. 2010 seen the band release their debut album ‘Free World’ in which they worked with world class engineer Leon Zervos (Muse, Santana, INXS & more), released two video clips, toured the east coast extensively, built a die hard fan base, and have had huge support from community and commercial radio Australia wide. Things have not slowed down in 2011 either with international tours to Europe and New Zealand and the release of 2 new singles. 

Tesla Coil is a Brisbane-based three-piece alternative rock band. Not alternative in the way the loud-mouth behind you in high school with bleached hair was alternative, but in the way that you put a banjo and a flute into a rock group and call it edgy.

Forming in 2013 (depending on who you ask), Fin, Sarah, and James have travelled all around the Brisbane music scene making audiences raise eyebrows at their unorthodox instrumentation, bizzare song themes, and the fact that their name kind of sounds like "testicle" when you say it through a poor quality microphone.

With comparisons to Arcade Fire, Ben Folds Five, and Grinspoon all being drawn by guys who've come up to them after shows, Tesla Coil tries to reflect all the stylistic concepts you could want, and quite a few that you really don't. 

The release of their debut EP, "A Thing That Sits There" on August 2nd 2014, gained Tesla Coil recognition in the Brisbane music scene as "the morons that showed up to a punk festival with a banjo", and they continue to fill venues with their annoyingly infectious pop-rock.
