Newport-based Junglist DJ audacious strain of Amen breaks and new school sounds are a reflection of the properties that has shaped who they are to the core.
Drawing influence from the pioneers of the scene such as DJ storm, Fabio and grooverider, Deekline, Euphonique, Aries, DJ hybrid and Benny page, BLONDY's sets are abundant with energy, laced with scintillating feel good music, and created with the dancefloor in mind. Whilst her sound pivots around sub genres and other bass music, BLONDY still sets out to create a degree of uniqueness to each and everyone of her mixes.
Diagnosed with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia during childhood, a condition that BLONDY once struggled to accept, it has now become centric to her career. Their alias serves as both a reminder with her past existing music life and her preexisting life with her hyperactive, bubbly and adrenaline-fulled approach to DJing living in perfect harmony with her equally high-octane set style.
