On the 13th November 2021, Chris Cullen and Christina Feldman taught a teaching workshop on the theme of “The Treasures Within – The Awakening Factors” for London Insight Meditation.

The seven “limbs” or qualities of Awakening can be understood as nuances of mindfulness that incline the mind toward unbinding and liberation. During this workshop they reflected upon the process of waking up and how these seven qualities are indispensable allies in that journey.

The day was particularly oriented to mindfulness teachers and those interested in contemporary mindfulness-based approaches, but anyone wishing to deepen their exploration of mindfulness and embodiment were invited to attend.
