Calling Boise his home Gil Aguilar is originally from San Jose, California. Gil has been djing for over 20 years and has been playing out in Idaho since 2002. Having held numerous residencies in Boise nightclubs has allowed Gil to better connect with dance floors on a more personable and intimate level. This exposure has paved the way for house music to a local demographic outside of the local scene that has started to catch up. Through this exposure, Gil has created his take on house music which he likes to call "Bodo Soul." This take on house music fuses disco, deep house, tribal, mainstream pop, and jacking funk in a manner that pays tribute to those that have come before him. His west coast upbringings and influence can be heard in his sets that focus on long intricate blends which he likes to call “mixing from distances” with little use of effects.
 
Gil is the owner of Idaho's only label dedicated to underground house music Treasured Grooves. It is no surprise that the music with the smallest voice is making the most noise from the gem state. Treasured Grooves releases have artists from countries like Norway, France, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Canada, and Bulgaria to name a few.

Treasured Grooves has independently thrown underground house events that have seen Boise visited by world renown Dj’s and producers such as Doc Martin (Sublevel – Los Angeles), Hector Moralez (The Factory – Paris, France ), and Arturo Garces (Beat Bum Music – San Jose, Ca.). 

Switching his focus towards the production side of House Music he has created quite the discography where he has put out more music than the local demographic combined. These efforts have allowed Gil to reach a broader national and global audience that has opened doors to collaborate with international producers/labels. Gil's sound is unique in that he used to host weekly mix shows on KissFM, and was Boise State University's college radio (University Pulse) music director where he had a weekly mix show that showcased House Music called "Boise Deep".

He played mainstream and hip-hop music all across the Treasure Valley for about 5 years before deciding to pursue his love for the music and culture that had so much influence on his West Coast upbringing. His experience of playing out as a professional DJ before becoming a legitimate artist allows him to easily read any room and crowd where he performs without compromising his sound.

Gil has released tracks and remixes for Greenhouse (Stateside Unknowns), Plushouse, Flosshatt Digital, Cabbie Hat, Native Soul, Mas Profundo Muzika, Doin Work, Jack Locker, Sugar Shack Recordings, Mikita Skyy, Ginkgo Music, Blue Town Records, Summerhill Music, Impeccable Elements, Ficus Tree Music, UKNOWY, Midwest Hustle, Dope Records, Soulsupplement, Answegg Records, Funk Mansion, Seventy Four, Jack Locker, Rude Fish Records,  and numerous licensed releases found on House Music compilations.

Gil has started to release new music again and will be relaunching Treasured Grooves in March of 2023 with an album release party.

Justin Kline is an independent Power-pop / Folk-Pop / Singer/Songwriter from Murfreesboro, TN. At an early age, Justin was influenced by the musical talents of his mother, and his parents collection of Beach Boys cassette tapes and records. He picked up the guitar at the young age of 10 and that's where it all started (or went down hill?) 

His developmental teen years consisted of dead-end local bands, which led to the birth of southern Maryland indie rock trio In Clover, who went on to release 3 EPs and 1 LP, two of which being released on Theory 8 Records. In Clover ended in 2004 after bassist Dan Wax suffered a severe Ping Pong accident prohibiting him from playing bass.

Justin went on to release a folky/acoustic album Funeral Birth of a Tree in 2005 under the moniker Sleepy River. Later that year, Justin founded the power-pop quartet Heartstring Band and released Aurora Songs Vol. 1., but only to break up soon after. Kline later moved to Murfreesboro, TN to focus on family and music. 

Early 2007, Justin started working with producer Mark Nash at The Bookhouse in Nashville, TN. He released Six Songs in 2008, which got a great response from fans, and was also added as the number 1 spot on the Top 10 EPs of 2008 list by Absolute Powerpop. Powerpopaholic said Six Songs was "so full of sugar, I got cavities just listening to it".

While working on a full length follow up to Six Songs, the master tapes of his almost finished album Balance were stolen out of the studio and never recovered. Luckily, two of the best pop-gems from the recording sessions had been rescued, which were later released on Triangle (2010).

Being a short 4-song collection, Triangle was released shortly after the theft, and went on to achieve a nice buzz from bloggers and writers. BMF said the release "could be argued as the feel good EP of the year" along with Absolute Powerpop saying "don't leave the house or car with this being the last you heard because it will monopolize your brain". Powerpopaholic said Triangle was "one of the best EPs I've heard this year". 

Triangle EP & Six Songs EP were released in Japan via Powerpop Academy/Thistime Records as a self-titled CD including 2 bonus songs. 

Kline's latest full length, Cabin Fever Songs (2012) is filled with quirky and honest harmony-laden folky songs for true fans of powerpop and folky pop. Cabin Fever Songs was recorded entirely in his bedroom, and later mixed and mastered by Sean Power at the Hilson Studio in Nashville, TN. Cabin Fever Songs is a little Lo-fi, but a lot of awesomeness. Word.

Bei dem rund geeckten Dj Duo beginnt schon beim Intro die musikalische Vergnügungsfahrt. The „Central-HiFi Sound System“ was founded in 2004 by Manuel TheTuffest and Lars Tuffest in Freiberg/Saxony. Thereby important models are Jamaican sound systems, such as Sir Coxsone Dodd, Duke Reid or Prince Buster. The music selection ranges from the 50ies up to brand-new Reggae and Dancehall tunes even to Tropical Bass.

Since 2008 Central-HiFi hasn´t only been invited to parties but also organized events itself. In doing so, the focus especially is on the wide variety of the music, whereby the band and the sound system form a perfect combination. Central-HiFi has been cooperating with following artists, among others:

ANDREW “BASSIE” CAMPBELL 
Biography & Discography
Born in Kingston 13, Jamaica, Andrew “Bassie” Campbell is a Bass player, producer, and head of the Andrew Bassie Records Label with over 26 years of experience as a professional musician worldwide.  A writer from United Reggae wrote that Andrew is a “True Riddim sorcerer, a smiling buddha of bass enlightenment”. His mission is educating & inspiring the people with conscious lyrics set to an uplifting beat. He calls his unique style of riddims “Raw Roots”. 
Music is in his blood- he started out dancing to the beat of his father’s Nyabinghi drums at the Bobo camp. At the age of 15, Andrew was given his first instrument, a box guitar by a friend of his father. His father, Daniel, a prominent Roots Wine maker, had little time for playing, so Andrew, being a natural music lover took to playing. 
The music of Studio One, Sir Coxone Dodd,Black Uhuru, Bob Marley, & Burning Spear were his earliest influences. Through his childhood friend Yami Bolo, Andrew was introduced to Jolly Stewart, a local musician who taught him to play the guitar. Andrew took his lessons quite seriously. To this day he remains grateful to all of his inspirational musical mentors, as well as almighy JAH.
In 1987 he began playing professionally. Andrew continued doing studio sessions, and has played bass on many Jamaican hit songs. He’s played bass for reggae’s top stars including: Luciano, Capleton, Jr. Reid, Yami Bolo, Anthony B., Tony Rebel, Queen Ifrica, Jah Mason, Niyorah, The Itals, The Gladiators, & more. 
Through a link with bassist Chris Meredith, he began playing bass for Jammy’s with Anthony Thomas on drums. While playing for Bobby Digital on a Shabba Ranks tune, Jr. Reid, who had just left Black Uhuru heard his playing & loved his vibes. Andrew was invited to join a new band Jr. Reid was putting together- The One Blood Band. Andrew toured with the One Blood Band to Canada, Antigua, Montserrat, & all around Jamaica. 
After One Blood Band, he played with his bredren Yami Bolo’s band- The Positive Vibe Band, touring Japan & many other countries. He also toured with the Gladiators & the Itals all around the world. 
After much encouragement from friends, he tried his hand at producing. His original idea was to do an instrumental album, and in 2002 came up with “Mr. Bassman Productions”. He produced Niyorah’s “Feel Your Presence” (2010) & Midnite’s “Kings Bell” (2011) along with many other riddims & production work.
Today he is busy running his record label: Andrew Bassie Records, producing artists from Jamaica, Virgin Islands, & the states, and is continually composing new riddims, and recording. 
Look out for several new forthcoming RAW ROOTS releases on the Andrew Bassie Records label in 2014; notably “Mr. Bassman Allstars #3”, Biblical’s “Hold Firm Natty”, a much anticipated Steve Tolluch album ,a project with Exodus & Ras Batch, & many more.

THE SHEJAY (MUSIC CONNOISSEUR)

The SheJay started out as an MC from Milton Keynes (under the Moniker MC 1E) at the age of 17, performing alongside many big names( So Solid, Heartless Crew and Pay as You Go) in the UK House & Garage scene. Within this duration The SheJay worked alongside the Sidewinder brand for 2 years and subsequently formed and maintained relationships as a DJ with leading club promotions. 

A career spanning over 2 decades has seen The SheJay play alongside some of the worlds leading and talented DJs across various genres including
