In times when our lives are oversaturated with digital technology and constant information overload, it's important to take a step back — to seek stillness, rediscover ourselves, and find peace before we can truly reconnect with the world around us.

This is the first chapter of a story about my own experiences, struggles, and the moment I decided to take a break — to dive deep into my mind and face the pressure of living in today's society. A journey to hopefully find myself again… and come back to life with intention.
