Jump & Prance is a label settled down in Madrid (Spain) and focused on Reggae musical productions mostly on Rub-a-dub, Roots and Digital styles.

Jump & Prance Label was born in 2015 by the evolution of 10 year of career of Supah Frans as selector, event organizer, sound engineer and Reggae/Dub activist from Girona (Spain).  As neuralgic center his studio also called Jump and Prance where all of their releases, mix and masters are produced.

In this webside you will find information about Jump and Prance releases, about our artists from Spain, Jamaica and from different PARTS of Europe. You will find too information about our service including Dubplate sessions, mixing, mastering, recordings… and many more.

The main objective of Jump and Prance Label is to bring the vibrations of different singers, deejays, musicians and producers and join them together to create fresh, full of good vibes and conscience new Reggae and Dub music.

Join music educator and guitarist, Brian Jump, as he explores music history, education, and technology. 

Jump earned a bachelor’s degree in guitar performance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in music technology from Duquesne University.  He teaches a wide range of classes at Community College of Allegheny County including Music Technology, Music History, Class Piano, and History of Jazz.

In addition to teaching, Brian performs regularly as a professional pop, classical, and jazz guitarist.

What do we have at (y)our disposal?
Profesional mixing and recording equipment, high quality microphones, acoustic and electric guitars, fretted bass as well as fretless, drum set with banjo's, mandolins, ukuleles, and several toy instruments. We also posses the know how to play above for everything listed above for you.
What can we do for you?
We will provide equipment, advertisement, recording (live or by track), distribution of records and/or merch, aid in creating and pulling records, EPs, and Lps together, as well as full support and reviews of your work by our own team of reviewers dependent upon genre, band, or request. 
Who are we?
Essentially we are a collective of local (to the small town of Lewisburg) musicians all under the age of 20 who frequently perform all around town. We took notice the fact that there were a lot of exceptionally talented younger bands around and decided why not just bring them all together under one name and help to get their stuff out and heard. The bands that are a confirmed up to this point as a part of Cup of Joe Records include: Rise of the Tiny giants, Girl Riding Seahorse, and Lexi Scott. 
The (True) Tale of How We Came to Be
Like most nights of consequence, it began as any other, but this night was indeed unique to any other before or since. In the dawn of travels, two men were exploring the familiar territory of the nature trail; a common enough activity for those who thirst for adventure is ne’er quelled. As these men continued their journey, a voice sweeter than any sirens song called out to them from across the meadow and through the trees.
And across the meadow and through the trees they went.
Upon arrival to the destination of their curiosity, the looked up to find a limerick written in the sky. Upon little further consideration, they read it. And it read:
There once was a man named Joe
The seeds of music he doth sew
A musical friendship begins
With a fellow named Quinn
And they called it: Cup of Joe.
And that is exactly what they did.
