Tim Byrd is a music producer, composer & sound designer from Newport News, VA. He’s worked with major & independent artists & labels.

His music has appeared on network channels such as “MTV” (MTV Jams, MTV Cribs & Catfish), “VH1” (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and Black Ink Crew New York), “The ID Channel” (Ice Cold Killers), and “Lifetime” (Wife Swap). He has also scored a few independent films along with having his music placed in movies like, “Exit Wounds” 2001 (Steven Seagal and DMX) and “Living Will” 2010 (Ryan Dunn).

He has also worked with Grammy Award Winning Producers such as Nottz, Timbaland & Ski Beatz.

Currently he's working on new music for Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime.

ONE OF THE FIRST UNDERGROUND HIP HOP EMCEES FROM NEWPORT NEWS VA.  FIRST SEEN ON THE SCENE PERFORMING IN VA in 1988.  Had a Debut independent song, VaMc played on 103 jams in the 90s.  Was one of the original Boodah Bros, blessed by legendary DJ Law and Big B from 103 jamz "Hoodcheck" radio show.  Recorded and performed with Public Enemy.  Opened for various artis such as Snoop Dogg, Rakim, and Fabolous.   This playlist was created for family and friends, but most of all his children.  leaving this history of Lyrics and perspective so his kids can play this music long after his body leaves the earth.   Markeith never made it to the be known in the industry, but when you are "Hip-Hop" you don't stop!🛑
