Fall of 2023 I made a promise to myself to stop getting in my own way. Months later the book “The mountain is you” by Brianna Wiest found me. This book has provided me the tools to fight my fears, self-doubt, and negative patterns of thoughts. I am currently climbing my own mountain of self discovery and reinvention. If I think of doing something, I am going to do it, no matter what.
