“Oh, those Obstreperous Lepers!” the neighbors used to say, whenever they saw the four of us coming down the street in their direction, certain we were going to decapitate their mailbox again. Or steal their Christmas lights. Or slash the tires on their Cadillac. Or pull all the radishes from their vegetable garden. Or any of a million other things we used to do cause we was bored. “Oh, those Obstreperous Lepers!” The name stuck. We four fun-lovin’ brothers (Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and Tchad) had a reputation to uphold. The last name Leper meant something on our street. 

And now that the four of us are all grown up (more or less), we’ve returned to offer you these mischievous musical treasures of obstreperousness we’ve brewed up. We really hope you’ll be offended. And that you’ll hate us. And that you’ll soon be saying: “Oh, those Obstreperous Lepers!” every time you see us coming down the street in your direction. Don’t count on your mailbox being there tomorrow morning.
