Cromwell was founded in 1994 leading to a demotape called "nor king nor country", recorded in a small studio in town.
Our music is influenced by (progressive) rock bands such as IQ, Saga and many others.
The Band never had the idea of being a professional band but pure hobbyists, having fun with creating their own music.

This is still the case today and after some changes in the band setup as well as several recordings, we are in the middle of recording our next album called "black chapter red".
It took us several years to get there, as all of us have their families and jobs.

Our process of creating our songs is today much more different than in our earlier days.
Everything happens in our own birchmoor studios and starts with an idea that we record and develop step by step.

Prog-Rock power trio from Vienna, Austria

Banda de Rock Sinfonico/Progresivo platense, formada a principios del 2002. Posee tres discos editados:  "En vivo";  "Formas", y  "El visionario", segundo disco en estudio recientemente editado por Musea Parallèle Label, en Francia. 
Entre sus influencias encontramos bandas como Yes, King Crimson, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Gentle Giant, Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment, Symphony X, Opeth, a las que se suman otras de Musica Academica: Stravinsky, Holst, Ravel, Bartók, Chopin, etc. 
La banda fue formada por Juan Gasco en Batería, Julian Di Pietro en Guitarras, Jorge Obeaga en Teclados, Leonidas Porto en Guitarras y Hugo acuña en voz durante el año 2002. 
Pero un año despues decidieron solo hacer musica instrumental. En sus principios el bajo lo tocaba el hermano de Julian (Hernan di Pietro) pero en el 2003 fue reemplazado por Pablo Pulice y este ultimo fue reemplazado dos años mas tarde por Sergio Topham. 

Entre el año 2003 y 2005 hicieron varias presentaciones en Capital Federal en distintos festivales y como soportes de distintos grupos extranjeros (Ritchie Kotzen entre ellos); ganaron mencion especial como "Mejor version del Himno Nacional Argentino" en un concurso y tambien fueron ganadores del primer concurso del sello LP Producciones (Dependiente de la Municipalidad de La Plata) con el cual grabaron su primer CD "En vivo". Grabado en vivo en el Auditorio del Pasaje Dardo Rocha en el año 2005.
Mientras tanto la banda se preparaba para firmar contrato con Esteban Mellino, para elefante Records, y grabar su primer CD en estudio, el cual se edito un año mas tarde, titulado "Formas". 
En el año 2007 Julian di Pietro y Jorge Obeaga se retiran de la banda, entrando Abel Valente en Guitarras y Diego Yanivello en teclados. Un año mas tarde  se retiraría Leonidas Porto entrando Tomas Trebec en guitarra. 
Durante el 2007 a la actualidad la banda ha sufrido distintos cambios de integrantes, en el  2009 Trebec fue reemplazado por Carlos Cattaneo; y en el 2011 Yanivello por Nahuel Acosta, manteniendose Juan Gasco como compositor y productor de todos los temas, con concentimiento y ayuda de los demas integrantes. 
En el 2011 fueron soportes del famoso grupo de rock sinfonico "ASIA" en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. 
En el 2009 la banda recibe el ofrecimiento de editar un nuevo album y distribuidos por medio de Musea Parallèle Label en Francia y para el resto del mundo, album que finalmente fue editado en julio del 2012 bajo el nombre "El Visionario".

Project Update - September 2013
Mash: For those of you that don't know, I hit a bit of a musical crossroads recently. I moved from Berkshire in early 2012 and relocated to Worcestershire (hell... the beers cheaper!) and tried to keep the project going by travelling back to Reading each week to rehearse with Steve (Guits) and Dom (Bass) but I was not financially able to sustain this, the beer isn't that cheap... I've since been looking for members to join me to get this show back on the road but it seems that the majority of musicians in the West Mids are in other bands/wanting to play other genres/time wasters so this has been far from productive. I also broke one of my fingers around this time last year which totally put me out of the game for quite some time...

Since then I have invested in a new audio interface, Pro tools 10, a new full size keyboard to replace the 37 key jobby I previously worked with.. Oh, and I also purchased a rather nice Roland E-kit and a new computer capable of running it all. 

Only trouble is, I'm currently working pretty much 7 days a week and when I'm not I seem to lack motivation to do anything musical... After logging on here and seeing all the new and old people taking the time to favorite my material and leave me some seriously amazing compliments despite the shoddy mixes it's given me the kick up the arse I need to bring my prog back to life.

Butler/Colbourn are composers and performers, with a catalogue of top class songs, instrumentals, film music and Musical Theatre. Their two musicals Tutankhamun, and The Fire of London. Fire is in much demand in regional theatres, and is being premiered at one of Wale's leading theatres, Theatre Mwldan.

As performers, Perryn and Gaynor lead Amazonne who now have a big fan base all over the UK and Europe, with followers in Russia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, America, Japan -----------------------  everywhere now!!!  Their concerts and festival appearances are all in great demand.                                 
 
Perryn Butler has been a singer and guitarist for all her working life. Her work has taken her all over the British Isles, playing with bands as well as being a solo artist. She concentrated on playing traditional folk songs in the folk clubs and venues, where she sang and played guitar on her own.  Her voice is very rich, and she is able to sing in any style with enormous conviction.  
 
 Gaynor Colbourn is a classically trained pianist, and the composer of the bulk of the music alongside Perryn for Amazonne.  She is the producer and sound engineer for all the music which they both write and the whole band perform. Gaynor qualified as a Classical Pianist, 
whose classical training blended well with the rest of the band, and she learned a lot about performance as well as composing and playing. Fusion, who were a five piece band with two drummers toured extensively, playing huge venues to audiences of many thousands, and alongside very well known bands of the time. The music they played was not that dissimilar to the Symphonic Metal of Opeth. She enjoyed several years of this, before becoming a session musician and composer.
 
Gaynor has concentrated on being a composer for many years now, having composed theme music for the BBC, Ronnie Corbett's 'Sorry' back in 1981, being one of the most well known pieces of theme music. Looking at You Tube, it is apparent that this theme tune has Cult Status! She also composed  the Sir Benfro Symphony, which had BBC radio coverage of the live concert, and various other music for Film and TV. Working as Butler-Colbourn, she and Perryn have written more than 60 songs together, and the Musical Tutankhamun, as well as another musical in progress. She is somewhat of a Keyboard Wizard, and has a very well respected reputation as a superb musician.
 
Currently, as well as working with Amazonne, Gaynor is Lecturing around the UK, running Clinics, and creating competition music for Dressage to Music.
 
Tom Bryant  on drums and percussion is integrated into the band, to give a fuller and more contemporary sound. Tom has added a new element to the band, allowing Amazonne to perform a real cross-over of Rock, Folk and with the Symphonic Rock slant. A very meaty sound and melodic!. Tom, as an all rounder coming from a jazz , metal and traditional drumming background, has a style unique to him, with a large kit integrating Doumbak, Djembe, Bongos, 3 snares, gong and Yamaha Wavedrums. His  percussion technique brings in an ethnic over pattern.
 
Mike Forwood. Mike is a terrifically talented bass guitarist, with a wealth of experience playing in many different bands over the years. He is also an experienced sound and outside broadcast engineer.

Matt Collins on guitar,is new to the Band, having replaced Franco who left due to ill health. 

Holly Robinson. Fiddle and Tom Phillips Octave Fiddle. Holly is a classically performed violinist who has fitted in brilliantly to the musical work and also Amazonne.
 
 
 
 
 

Tolerance is a Progressive Rock band formed on April 2003 by Ricardo Figueroa (vocals) and Rodrigo Nunez (drums). After several line-up changes and ten years of hard work the band consolidates itself in 2008 and their debut album called “When Time Stops“ is finally released by Musea records in April 2013. 

Tolerance's debut album is full of musicianship defined by overwhelming drumming, powerful guitar riffs, clever keyboards arrangements and remarkable vocals. Their lyrics are related to topics such as existence, science, politics and environmental issues. Some of the most important band's influences are: Deep Purple, Rush, Steve Vai, Magellan, Planet X, Living Colour and Dream Theater among others. 

"When Time Stops" was recorded and mixed in Caracas, Venezuela and mastered in Nashville, TN, USA. Some Venezuelan guest musicians took part of this recording including three bassists. Tolerance's current line-up is: Ricardo Figueroa on vocals, Carlos Cabrices on guitars, Antonio Ramirez on keyboards and Rodrigo Nunez on Drums


SURVIVAL is a Dutch Progressive/Symphonic Rock band, founded in 1981 by keyboard player & composer Jack Langevelt. 

Inspired by classic bands like ELP, Trace, Camel, Ekseption, Procol Harum and Deep Purple, SURVIVAL brings epic songwriting and intensive passion back to the forefront with contemporary sensibilities, energy and production.
The sound of SURVIVAL is characterized by strong dynamic melodies with odd time signatures and epic themes.

Survival existed as a band between 1981 and 1997, although Jack continued making music under the name Survival.

In 2008 Survival arose from its ashes and released their first official album Crusader on Musea Records. 
This Album was composed, recorded and produced by Jack Langevelt and received very positive reviews.

Presently (2013) Survival is back again in a new line up, with Inez v/d Linden as new Manager (known for Rick v/d Linden/Ekseption/Trace)and a new Bookings Agency. At this moment they are working on a new CD.

BIOGRAPHIE

C’est en 2007 que Pada One voit le jour. Fondé par Phil et Klettos, l’identité musicale du groupe est puisée dans la passion des deux musiciens : le rock progressif.

Deux ans plus tard, Romain les rejoint et ajoute son énergie au groupe avec des guitares saturées et des idées électro-symphoniques.

Sous cette formation, Pada One voit passer plusieurs bassistes et chanteuses, qui contribent à enrichir les compositions avec leurs idées.

Mais, en 2013, Phil est contraint, pour des raisons exérieures à la musique, de céder sa place au sein du groupe. Les idées que ce musicien a apporté sont toujours présentes dans les compositions actuelles, et c’est avec tristesse que Pada One doit se séparer d’un de ses éléments fondateurs. Deux claviéristes lui succéderont.

En 2015, Laetitia intègre le groupe et, grâce à ses talents vocaux et de comédienne, incarne les textes des chansons et leur insufle la vie. Peu de temps après, Yves arrive. Malgré des influences musicales élcectiques, il trouve facilement sa place au sein du groupe sans pour autant dénaturer l’esprit d’origine.

Actuellement, Pada One cherche un claviériste et travaille en même temps sur un album concept, dont la sortie est espérée pour 2016.



It was in 2007 that Pada One was born. Founded by Phil and Klettos, the musical identity of the band is drawn from progressive rock, which is the passion of the two musicians.

Two years later, Romain joins the band and adds his energy with saturated guitars and electro-symphonic ideas.

At this time, Pada One, meets several bassists and female singers who contribute to enrich the compositions.

But in 2013, for reasons that have nothing to do with the music or the band, Phil is forced to give up playing with Pada One and to be replaced. The ideas he brought are still present in the current compositions, and it is with sadness that Pada One had to say goodbye to one of its founding elements. Two keyboardists will succeed him.

In 2015, Laetitia joins the band and places her talents as a singer and as an actress to the service of embodying and insufling life to the lyrics. Shortly after, Yves arrives. Despite eclectic musical influences, he easily fits within the group without distorting the original spirit.

At the present time, Pada One looks for a keyboardist and works on a concept album which release is expected in 2016.
